Located beside the flower market and walking distance to the Dam Square.

The carpets need to be changed! The staffs can be more helpful in assisting. Only 1 out of 3 staffs is very helpful and friendly.

Location. A very good breakfast albeit it was not included in the price but was reduced from 20 euro to 15 euro per person if you ordered the evening before.

The Hotel needs refurbished and the bedroom was cold we had to request a heater for the room plus the heated towel rail was not working. The windows were supposed to be sound proofed but were double glazed and noise from the traffic was audible.

Location is brilliant - you probably won't need a tram ticket - close to all major sightseeing points. Awesome street view in the center of Amsterdam. Smoking rooms available. Above average and awesome for a city break.

If you are looking for a REAL 4 star this is not it. The rooms are fine but dated and the TV is really old - think of a 70's hotel that needs an upgrade.

Location is perfect Friendly and helpfull staff Washing-staff (a lady)was extremely friendly, polite and nice talking to! The bar-staff was also brilliant! Clean and quiet room, we had a suite. Everrything was perfect!

Expensive breakfast, we chose to eat our breakfast at nearby cafes - which are all around the hotel.

Coffee-and tea-making facilities in the room, size of deluxe type rooms is really large, staff is really helpful. I ordered rooms with balconies for my stays in July 2012 and May 2013 - upon arrival there were none available due to reservation policy but the staff did their best to help me with it and they succeded to provide me with what I wanted- so thanks))

The building is old, and there was an weird odor in the hallway.

The location is excellent - walking distance to everything. Great view from our balcony...the room was bright and had everything we needed.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete - it was backbreaking. Also the noise coming in through the windows was due to the seals on the double glazing being worn and broken. Also there was a "CITY TAX" which we were not told about and got charged on top of our bill at the end of our stay...NOT Happy about this.

The hotel was clean. The cleaners more polite than the receptionists.

The twin room didn`t have enough space for two person. The stuff at the reception is rude and not prepared. We asked info on how to reach the aereoport and nobody told us that there was a shuttle from the hotel. For 250 euro per night....really poor service.

The room safe didn't work properly. The staff hadn't checked the fridge and there were a few tins that were empty but left in the fridge

Location very central and easy to access all parts of amsterdam. Comfortable and clean.

Very expensive car park, residents at the hotel should be granted parking at a lower rate than Eur 40 a day.

When I asked about how to go to Keukenhof at the front desk, your staff just recommended us to join the tour & did not show any intention to tell us how to go. He repeatedly saying that joining the tour could save us time coz the tour bus will pick up us right in front of the hotel door. However, after we paid, he changed to say that we needed to walk up to the meeting place. He even took up a map and mark on it. When we went to the meeting place as marked the day after, we found that the meeting place was at least 3 blocks away from the marked place. It is absolutely a very irresponsible behaviour!

Both the room and bathroom are large and comfortable. It is a luxury hotel but at affordable price. It is just a minute walking to the Flower market. There are many halal indonesian restaurants nearby the hotel. All the tourist attractions can be reached within 15 to 20 mins walking.

I don't like the breakfast, they are all the same everyday

The location is good, very central, lots of shops around.

Free Wifi is so slow, the speed is only able to read emails, not able to connect to VPN, skype or download documents. Not good for business traveller. When having shower, the hot water turns to be extremely hot for a few secodnds every time, not pleasant experience.
