Hotellin sijainti on niin keskeinen, että sieltä on helppo tehdä kävelymatkoja eri kohteisiin keskikaupungilla ja löytää monia hyviä shoppailufirmoja. Ei tule mieleen. |

Ihan ystävällistä henkiklökuntaa ja sijainti hyvä.Palvelualttiita. Tarjoushuone ,ikkuna toiseen seinään ,olisi voinut tämän mainita ilmoituksessa.En olisi ehkä varannut silloin.Osoitetta ei löytynyt lkartalta eivätkä paikallisetkaan tienneet kadun nimeä.Ohjeet hotellille pitäisi olla paremmat koska se olisi silloin helppo läytää. |

it is central on reservation nothing was mentioned about the cost of parking.which was EU 40. per night.. as airtickets must included all taxes it shoul by mentioned by reservation at least.very bad move.. |

Central location Small rooms. Unfriendly front desk staff who tried to double charge me for being 10 hours late for check-in when I had clearly notified them in advance of my late arrival. |

Location was great and for the amount of time we actually spent in the room it was a pleasent enough room. Room was quiet and we had a balcony. I would recomment eating out and about rather than in the hotel as there is a lot of great value places to eat where you can people watch. Water pressure wasn't good |

location is good I was staying for many years in this hotel for business. It is located in the Centrum of city. Hotel called “Jolly Carlton” and was running by Italian owners. For such big hotel they were keeping a very friendly and family atmosphere. Restaurant Carruso was perfect. Recently the chain NH bought several hotels in the central part of Amsterdam. The management was changed, prices became higher, porters, who were the face of hotel and were working for 30(!) years are retired, restaurant Carruso was closed, and breakfast buffet was reduced.Now the hotel looks like a big station-house, without the face. For this level of service they could make a better price. |

Rooms were nice, the location was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the room was overall clean. Breakfast was awesome as well, the room it was served in was worth seeing. The first day, the toilet did not appear (or smell) to be cleaned, but after room service came the next day, there were no issues. |

The only thing to like about the hotel is the location The entire hotel needs a major renovation. Our room was fairly horrible. The lights in our bathroom were out. The TV did not work properly. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The entire room was shabbly and old. Very disappointing and will not stay at your hotel again unless major changes are made. |

Room service wasn't 24 hours. The staff on front desk had a good level of English understanding but anyone else inc room service were very bad. |

La chambre (supérieur luxe) très agréable et spacieuse avec un espace salon . Hall d'entrée de l'hôtel et couloirs sans charme; Salle de bain ne correspond pas au standing de la chambre, la porte ne s'ouvre qu'à moitieé pour bloquer sur le bidet et les produits mis à disposition (savons et gel douche) sont limités et de piètre qualité. Le parking de l'hôtel est excessivement cher (40 euros la nuit!!) |
