Room is big. Staffs are friendly. Location is in the downtown, convenient to take trams to any places. Easy and fast to get to the central railway station by tram (only 2-3 stops). Shower is not good. The water is difficult to be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. |

Central location next to the Flower Market & Munt Tower. All sights within walking distance. Room 618 window seals faulty so dreadful noise of traffic on Vijselstraat and whooping drunks kept us awake until 0430. Staff moved and upgraded us to a perfectly quiet De Luxe room at the back next day. Request a quiet room at time of booking ! |

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location right next to the floating flower market in the heart of Amsterdam. I would definitely stay here again! I had a double room with two, connected twin beds. The beds were on wheels, so they rolled around slightly...just a tad annoying. Other than that, the hotel was great. |

Perfect location in few steps to Rembrant plain and Flower market. Convenient WiFi internet in room. Schuttle Bus to airport. Room is clean and convenient, size is not so big, but basically OK (espesially for Amsterdam). Very helpfull and kind staff at reception. Choice of daily necesities in bathroom was too pure...No sleepers or bathrobe were provided which is not good for 4* hotel. Breakfast provided for separate cost of 30 EUR per head, it too much! (But we got nice breakfast for $ 20 EUR for 2 in cafe at Flower Market, which was only 1 min. walk from the hotel.) |

The room was very nice and modern. The hotel was located near the centre. We didn't get much sleep because we were given a room at the front of the hotel. I would expect the room to be sound proof for the money we paid. The breakfast was also very expensive. |

i like in this hotel the location , parking and the staff the hotel is not clean , the room wasn't clean and the bathroom as well!!plus the mini bar was not working properly and i had baby's food so i used the restaurant fridge!!!i didn't expect all this compared the price I paid. |

It was very close to all central parts of amsterdam and this way I had the chance to visit most places without getting tired . It is a good hotel with comforts and it is clean. The hotel seems to be a little old and they try to renew it. However there are some things like the corridors or the waiting areas on the floors outside the elevators that look old and smell weird. The sheets and the towels were not changed and we stayed there for three nights. Hotels of this number of stars/category are obliged to change it more often |

We were given the choice of two rooms when we arrived and so glad we chose the one on the 1st floor, lucky guess. It was huge, very clean and comfortable. We most definitely must have been upgraded so it really was value for money for us. The staff were very pleasant and helpful at the desk. We did not use the restaurant facilities. |
