The room was excellent. Reception is at another hotel along with other amenities, ie breakfast. With bad weather you have to dress accordingly just to get breakfast. |

Friendly staff No telephone in the room, no draws to put clothes, instructions for safe missing. Closer to 2* than 3* Breakfast was poor |

Larger room than normal for Europe. Kitchenette that was great because food is so expensive. We actually cooked a meal one night. Refrigerator was so nice to have in the room. Location of Hotel was excellent, right by Grote Market. Just a 10 minute walk to the train/bus station. |

nice atmosphere at main hotel, friendly staff, central location, good bar. would go back again not easy to get to by car unless you know your way around Haarlem as pedestrial area. Extremely noisy at night due to central location |

the ceilings were dirty, the rooms has a moist smell. they also took 300Euros from my credit card without prior authorisation, then tried to charge me the incorrect amount and argued that they had not made a mistake. I would not recommend this hotel if you are wanting a stress free stay |

very quit in the weekend, elevator, balcony. no wifi internet available, no privacy at available pc in lobby, door slaming shut very loud, no ac. |

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and we appreciated the free internet in the hotel lobby. The location was good, and it was close to the main sights in Haarlem. I would definitely stay there again. |

The room that i get is very spacious. Quite far from the train station, about 15 to 20 mins walking to Harleem Station. |

very centrally located. Large bright room. Cleaning could be better for cost more is expected. When we booked we were offered another room for a lower rate, which we accepted by email. However, when we arrived there was no knowledge of this..Also, despite booking a cot and confimring by email and on arrival, there were no sheets or any bedding supplied for the cot, on the last night no towels for the baby.Only 2 towels for all three of us. |

The hotel was an easy walk from the train station. It was easy to travel to Keukenhof to see the tulips in bloom. There is less hustle and bustle in Haarlem than Amsterdam. |

The location was perfect. The room was clean but very basic. I would expect at least coffee and tea making facilities. The television in my friends room did not work. |
