Joops was a very good value and in a good location, with large rooms. Staff was friendly. Comfortable. The building has some deferred maintenance, but that is to be expected for a budget hotel. |

I really enjoyed my stay in the Joops Hotel and would highly recommend it to families or young couples looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful history city with plenty to do and great food! |

location the heater remained cold for all day long so the room was cold. i asked several times to check it before i arrived home the night at the reception. no one took in charge my request at all!! |

Great location. At check in we were "reassigned" to the main building of the hotel, the Ambassador, it had been a long day and the front desk person was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Windows of the room did not open. |

I stayed in one of their four bed rooms. The room was large and there were four beds. Other than that, nothing spectacular. The room was quiet and the location is very good. It is very dificult to get to the hotel, or the Ambassador City Hotel (for check-in) by car. We missed the turn the first time (because it's not obvious) and it took us 15 minutes to backtrack. The second time we discovered the hotel is on a pedestrian shopping street. Luckily, it was 10 PM when we arrived, but to arrive in the afternoon would be tricky. |

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Nice big room and well maintained. Lacked coffee facilities and phone but so what. Great value. No phone in room and since no doorman or front desk wondered what would happen in emergency if you did not have a mobile phone to call the front desk in the hotel next door. |

We booked a quad and it was very roomy. The convenience of a washer / dryer down the hall was also a wonderful perk. The hotel is private right in a cute corner of harlem where you can come and as if staying in an apartment since the "front desk" is around the corner of the street at another named hotel. It was a bit confusing about where to check in since it was at a different location. It was also a bit farther than we thought from the train station yet it was walkable. |

i traveled as a lone woman so was very happy with sericuty of hotel as you have no reception its at the ambassodor. you have to use a key card to get in the hotel. it was close to every thing lovely place will go again. |

Good large room, lift. Bike storage Reception was in a different hotel making it complicated. Keys didn't work properly, requiring a walk back to the other hotel |

Located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Clean. Would have preferred a detailed map on how to get there, that check-in was required at a different hotel, and notification of where to park our car. |

Ligt midden in het centrum.Je kunt met 3 of 4 personen op één kamer slapen. Het lawaai midden in de nacht als uitgaande publiek naar huis gaat en het legen van de glasbakken. |

Grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden, heerlijk grote badkamer, prima inrichting: ideaal als kamer voor een gezin Klein nadeeltje: veel lawaai op straat op zaterdagnacht. Maar ja, dat valt natuurlijk te verwachten in het centrum... |

Dit is inmiddels de tweede keer dat ik in Joops Hotel heb overnacht en het was wederom zeer goed!! Hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ruime schone kamers, aardig personeel, heerlijke bedden, midden in het centrum en toch geen geluidsoverlast. Een echte aanrader dus! |

Ruime studio, keurig ingericht, prettig gelegen in het centrum Prettig gelegen in het centrum betekent, dat je 's nachts het uitgaanspubliek blijft horen tot zeker 4 uur. Verder was het goed dat wij onze reservering hadden afgedrukt, want aan de receptie wist men niet van onze komst, dit is echter wel opgelost. |
