Good location (near to the museums and ) and and the tram stop, good breakfast The single room is very, very small (only 2x3 m) even for a budget hotel in Amst, the shared bathroom is an upper floor, steep stairs, no lift |

Staff was friendly. Hotel is in the excellent place - in the center of city. For me was important, that toilet and shower were in my room (In many hotels this is outside:))) I needed in place for sleping and keeping of my luggage (I traveled). This is nice and cheap place:))) |

I thought the location was convenient. The breakfast selection was varied and the coffee was very good. Our room was a nice size for four people. The bathroon and room had been updated and was clean and attractive. |

Helpful staff. Ensuite facilities. Very cramped room, but that's to be expected at such a low price. I did wish the window could open wider though. |

The breakfast was good enough and they had very nice flower decorations inside. The towels were changed everyday and my room was clean. I really liked the room where we had the breakfast and the small garden outside. The location of the hotel was not bad, just 3-5 min to the tram 1 stop or some more to the entertainment area - Leidse squire with several tram stops. My single room was very small, even for a single room in a cheap hotel. There was no elevator and the stairs were narrow and almost vertical. They looked dangerous and unsafe. Not just looked - they were unsafe! It looks like those small hotels in the downtown area all have such stairs. When I asked how people use those stairs, the man at the reception desk took my question as a personal offence. He was unfriendly and even rude during all my stay in the hotel. He was unhappy and angry when I was complaining about broken phone, non-working TV control or poor internet connection. People with such bad temper should not do the reception-desk job. |

Location was nice and quiet at night and was close enough to walk to most attractions , bars, food, etc , also the water preasure in the shower was excellent , and the free buffet was great too ! Told staff my television had no remote and sound but they never offered to correct the problem and phone did not work properly either ! |

The location was great and the front desk staff helpful The rooms were very cramped, and dingy, and the man showed up every day to "clean" our room after we got back from breakfast and when one of us was in the shower, and still wanted to come in and make the beds, otherwise he would have skipped making the beds and just handed me the clean towels. Weird. |

Good dutch breakfast. Bathroom looked very new. We had 3 children with us so was very tight but as you would expect. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very steep stairs so had to be careful with kids. Overall very good. They only take cash which is a bit of an old practice when we are used to using credit cards. No other complaints. |
