Very good location, both to major museums and to public transport (bus - tram), safe neighborhood, plenty of good restaurants, friendly management "Loose" management may lead to small inconveniences - the rooms were not made at 14:30, despite my absence since 08:30 almost every day |

Location; breakfest food was ok; Nobody at the reception; long waiting for check-out-no personel at place; breakfast time not acceptable for tourists - starts at 9. Too little space for breakfast room, man employed in the kitchen could not manage to serve all guests during breakfast; cat is strolling on the tables in the breakfest room; price high, but no personel attitude at alll |

The room is small but clean, very nice breakfast for its category. Staff seemed a bit reserved but was helpful. Street-side windows seem to be poorly insulated against noise but it's no big deal since the road has only light traffic. |

good price, 10min by tram to city center, clean rooms Small room - ask for a big room and phone the hotel to confirm details of reservation, they don't get the comments you put on booking.com, so if you have special request, better call the hotel directly. Also, bring 35euros in coins if you plan to leave your car in front of hotel, no facility to get coins around, you have to make the tour of all shops to get your 35 eur in cash for the parkingmeter |

The location was great, lovely building in quiet residential area, close to museums and several restaurants, and a lovely canal side 30 min walk to city centre. The room was a little on the small side, but this was compensated for by the location. The staff were helpful and spoke perfect English and breakfast was very good. Can recommend the restaurant Beouf which is 5 min walk from hotel. No, but would have liked to have tea/coffee facilities in the room |
