The location was good everything in walking distance. I arrived with my partner and we were left waiting for an hour before we were checked in, i felt it was extreamly unprofessional. However the manager apologised and i asked for the price to be reduced which was accepted. All in all the accomodation was very comfortable and the manager followed up to make sure we were happy. |

The apartments were a 10 min wal to the centre of town and from the main train station. The apartments were clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for a city break with friends! |

The apartment situated in a good place. There are a lot of shopping activities for example a great music shop, named Concerto near and in front of the apartment a fruit and vegetables shop. Liquid soap could be useful, but I've bought it. It could be great if it had a teamaker and more plates and some salt. |

We liked the fact it was very centrally located and not far from the train station as we arrived via Eurostar and could easily walk from there to the apartments. 2 of us stayed in twin apartment & 3 of us stayed in the triple apartment & found this apartment very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding clean. There were plenty of clean towels and the shower room was spacious and the water hot. All in all - adequate. Our TV had very poor reception & our contact for the apartment said it was the aerial & he would send someone round the next day to fix it - this didn't happen. The wardrobe in the room was unstable & if you opened the door it would almost fall on you. There were no basic amenities, ie kettle, tea towels, soap in bathroom. Apartment could do with a good clean. Also no fire escape - surely a health & safety issue? As the stairs were so steep this could be a very serious issue if there were a fire! Having read some of the reviews these problems are highlighted & obviously nothing has been done about them! Would definitely not recommend these apartments which is a shame as they could be very nice if spruced up & issues addressed. |

The interior is newly renovated and our room was nice and clean. Near to everything you want to experience in amsterdam. The bed is very hard and old. I even found a spring sticking out the matress. The place is small but that very Amsterdam. |

i actually stayed in the apartment in no 32 which was really handy-5 min away from central station,it was just how the pics showed very comfortable and clean.the beds were fine and the bathroom was a lot bigger than most places in a/dam.i would recommend this place to all of my friends as it was great value. the only downer about the place is that although they have small a kitchen-there is not much there especially no kettle which was not good |

Nice, clean, non-nonsense studio. Friendly and helpful owner. Sound travel easily through the walls, but nothing severe. |

The location is excellent-right in the middle of the city. Our apartment was very quiet and you could not hear the busy street outside. The apartment itself is fine-nothing compelling but all you require for a city break. |

Only location. The rest was awful! The room was dirty and badly equipped. It was not cleaned during our stay (3 nights), the towels were not changed, the toilet paper was not added before I complained. It is not even a hotel - just rooms without any service and far from comfort. Will never stay again! |

We've stayed in two os the keizergracht apartments, one in the Twin Studio and in the other day in Triple Studio both in Spuistraat. The first one a didn't like at all. The second onde, was very nice. This triplo studio was clean, is charmy, well decorated, comfortably, the kichenette has everything we need. A nice place to stay. The Twin studio in Spuistraat was very small, the Kitchenette poorly equipped and was dirty |

Location is only 5 tram stop away from central station which is quite good, the room we stayed has an excellent view over the canel. The small kitchen with cooking equipment provided is quite convenient for people who don't want to spend alot to eat outside everyday There is no air conditioning in the room and it gets hot during the summer night, if you open the window to let the air breeze in to keep cool, you will then draw in alot of mosquito into your room as well, surely your arm and leg will be full of mosquito bites in the next morning |

The apartments were in a ery central location - easy to walk to major sight-seeing places of Amsterdam. The room was small, but had the required bed, small table, refridgerator, sink and bathroom with toilet, shower and sink with mirror. We were told that larger rooms on lower floors are provided for those staying longer than the 3 nights we were staying - we had the attic room at the back of the property on the 4th floor. Two of the nights were very warm, yet when we opened the windows there were many mosquitos which entered the room and enjoyed biting us. However for the third night of our stay, the gentleman acting as facilitator for our stay provided some free-standing fans to help cool the room. The lower floors of the property were being renovated, and there was a layer of dust from this process over the room. On the first night there were no overhead lights in the room, just a small bedside lamp. Light bulbs were provided the next day that we put in ourselves. |

Close to tourist attractions, shopping stores and places to eat and get coffee. Yes, the cabinet behind the tv is not sturdy at all, as soon as you open the cabinet it starts to fall on you. |
