Beautiful good sized room and location. Everywhere including public areas were clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bus stop 2 mins walk. Palace 5 mins walk. Air conditioning or lack of we had to sleep with balcony door open but unfortunately we were located above the outside eating and smoking area we sometimes drifted up into the room. Bathroom - unbearably hot couldn't turn off the heated towel rail was like walking into a sauna. Surprised no tea/coffee facilities especially as 4 star rated. |

wonderful breakfast, serene location, lovely art throughout the hotel. The Air con was down this week and although I made a complaint about the temperature in my room i was not offered a fan. Later I saw them outside other rooms and had to request one. This was the only disappointment. |

Ik ken veel Bilderberg hotel's en deze is de naam gewoon waard. Ruime kamer bovendien met mooi uitzicht. (tuin in de richting van 't Loo) Hier en daar misschien een ietsie gedateerd, maar bijna het noemen niet waard |

We especially liked the peacefulness of the surroundings and also the swimming pool was larger than most hotels. The only negative point was that when we were sitting out on the patio of the bar/restaurant, the bar staff could have came out to take orders more often. |

Superb professional staff and very customer oriented. Each staff member takes pride of what they do and serve. Highly recommended hotel. Transportation service is walking distance to the city center. Location Apeldoorn is a great place for sightseeing and very nice local people. They will greet you with open arms. |

mostly everything, perfect setting, excellent breakfast choices. Rooms were extremely well kept, and of a good size, bathrooms again excellent. Hotel of a superior standard. I would have liked some tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. |

locatie en ontbijt wij hadden lange tijd van te voren geboekt. Maar omdat het hotel vol zat met een familie-bijeenkomst waren we daar de dupe van. We kregen een kamer met een opklapbed!!! Dat verwacht je niet voor deze prijs....Ook het personeel is erg jong en onervaren. past niet bij de uitstraling van het hotel. |

Bij aankomst goed ontvangen. Het ontbijt was prima. De kamer netjes. Het wachten op de koffie duurde (te) lang tijdens ontbijt. De voegen van de badkamertegels vertonen schimmel. De sauna was veel te heet, waardoor er geen gebruik van gemaakt kon worden. |
