Martin was an excellent host, food provisions were generous and location very central.

Martin was a cool dude. Food he provided was plentiful and delicious! Room very clean.

Make sure you stay in one of the 2 rooms with private entrance - there is a third room that shared lobby and lacks privacy.

Interesting place, fair location - not far by walk from the city centre attractions. The studio is sufficiently large - larger than a hotel room anyway.

The building - old, wood structure - is rather noisy. You hear every step or noise made by the people on the higher floor. Heating was on only after I insisted - it was 2 deg C outside and we woke up utterly frozen on two consecutive mornings. The owner (Martin), a nice person, came later with apologies & a bottle of wine, but... cold was already deep into our bones...

Martin was a perfect host. His apartment was comfortable, centrally located and quiet. Great breakfast, nice garden and the chocolates were really, really appreciated.

As a group, we would have liked a lock on the bathroom door.

Very convenient to tourist sites; especially the museums. Very personal and friendly owners. Room was excellent; very big. The breakfast was provided in the room with supplies refreshed each day. we cooked our own breakfast using the stove, sink and refrigerator.

die zentrale Lage, es ist alles gut zufuß zu erreichen; die Einrichtung des Hotels und der nette Mitarbeiter.

Freundlichkeit des Hosts. Das Studio war sehr geräumig und hatte genug Stauraum. Es ist allerdings etwas ringhörig. Hätte mir mehr Kochutensilien gewünscht (vorhanden waren nur eine Pfanne und kleiner Topf). Das Bad ist ok, jedoch wäre ein Duschvorhang von Vorteil.

Ausser der schlechten Schallisolierung (liegt wohl am Bau der Häuser dort) können wir nichts bemängeln.

Sehr gut ist die zentrale Lage und die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück unabhängig von vorgegebenen Zeiten selbst zuzubereiten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

1. Die Heizung funktionierte am 2. Abend nicht, bei dem regnerisch-kühlen Wetter war das etwas unangenehm, 2. Statt eines Doppelbettes gab es zwei aneinandergestellte Einzelbetten mit einer unbequemen Lücke;
