Kien b&b is very conveniently located in Amsterdam. I have traveled many times to Amsterdam and Kien was one of the best B&Bs I stayed at. The owner, Martin, was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend it to everyone!

The studio was spacious, well-kept and stocked with enough food for at least a proper breakfast. It was located in a quiet street, but still close to some tourist attractions as well as good transportation facilities to other sight-seeing options. Very good value-for-money option!

Martin was extremely welcoming and helpful with advice on where to go. The apartment was clean, nice decorated and quiet. Ideal for a weekend break. The beds were really comfy and some nice finishing touches. I wouldn't hesitate booking here again.

Very spacious and light rooms - which is a real luxury when you go to Amsterdam - in a typical house. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Ideal location. We will definitely choose this B&B again next time we visit Amsterdam!

Dear Martin, Thanks for everything, we had a wonderful hospitality, you was very helpful with all issues, especially parking the car :-) Your place is very quiet clean and modern designed, close to many important places like VanGough museum and Anne Frank park, 20 min walk to City center (Dam center) The Kids like it very much. The breakfast items were perfect and the cakes were delicious We will come back again Hanan, Ziad, Lamah and Rayan תודה על הכל היה מעולה.

Location, it's oldie world atmosphere. Clean white and bright inside and plenty of room for two to spreaed themselves. And yes Martin our host really is pleasant, chatty and funny and cannot do enough to help. The kitchen is well stocked for a decent breakfast and if you have the energy you could cok for yourselves.I Boiled an egg twice? The tv channels that my 14 year old son wanted to watch!!!

Hotel is in a quiet street, 10 minutes walk to the Rijksmuseum, 5 minutes walk to tram stop, number 4 tram goes to the Raj Congress and Exhibition Center, 20 minutes walk to the flower market. My room occupies the length of the building with cooking facilities, ideal to experience how the Locals live

The owner, Martin is awesome. He met our every need. Kept filling our refrigerator with wonderful items which allowed us not only to eat breakfast in the room but have lunch or dinner as well. Saved a lot on eating out. He was very helpful with local information as well. We were surprised to find an actual kitchenette in the room. Close to Van Gough musem and about a 20 minute walk to city center. Anne Frank House near as well. It was wonderful being away from the noise of the city center but close enough to do everything we wanted. Of course, my next visit to the area will be to stay with Martin at the Kien B & B. Internet dropped a couple of times but that is expected with any internet services so other than that, no complaints!!!!
