The best B&B experience ever!!!!!! Fantastic breakfast service, beautiful apartment and Martin is really polite and helpful!!!!

Martin is a great host. The apartment is great especially with a kitchen. Location is convenient yet quiet. It is clean and spacious. Love it.

We genoten van de perfecte ligging in een rustige straat in hartje Amsterdam, vlakbij restaurants en musea. De studio heeft een keuken en aparte eetruimte, is heel smaakvol ingericht. Ontvangst was super. De koelkast zat vol lekkers voor het ontbijt. Zelfs een paar biertjes voor 's avonds waren aanwezig.

Helemaal niets Een aanrader!

Studio is big and nice, the fridge is always full and allows to have a complete breakfast (useful as Dutch people don't really eat much for lunch). Martin is a very nice guy always giving you tips and address on where to go and eat.

The street noise. Amsterdam buildings rarely have double glazing windows, so you will hear everything from the street. Even if the street was quiet, I was awaken every night by people talking loudly on the street around 3am.

I got my money's worth! This was a perfect place. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and gay-friendly. Martin is a fantastic host. I will definitely go back to Amsterdam and will stay at Kien'S. I highly recommend it to folks from all walks of life.

Great location! 6-10 minutes to rijmuseum, van gogh, 15 minutes to vondelpark. Trams are tigh there. Theres plenty of restaurants arounds. Not far from central station but on a qiet side street. Bathroom is a great size. Decor is simplistic but elegant. GREAT HOST, MARTIN. DID EXTRA LITTLE THINGS LIKE LEAVE US SOME BAKED GOODIES FROM THE BAKERY

Cleaning person did not empty trash everyday. Eating table too big for the space.

Great location with easy access to the centre and several bars and restaurants within a short walk. Would definitely stay again if visiting Amsterdam.

Great location - walking distance to everything! Friendly and warm owner greeted us upon arrival. Martin provided us with maps and showed us where every location was on the map along with directions how to get there from the location. He also recommended places to eat. We took the room with breakfast and found the refrigerator packed with food - beyond breakfast! Each day more food was added. The room was cleaned daily. This room is a large studio apt. The decor is stylishly aesthetic and felt more like a home than a hotel room. Very spacious and comfortable. Art books and tourist material were available to read. This is a home away from home!

Third visit. Martin's apartment is our go-to in Amsterdam.

It is easy to find and close to the main attaractions, whilst being down a quiet street. Martin the host was wonderful, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, light and spacious with good faclilites. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would recommend it to anyone one.

Would have prefered a double bed over 2 singles, but this did not effect our enjoyment of the apartment or our trip.
