good location. renovations behind the hotel and we were in a rear facing room. lucky we were only there for the weekend. also the stairs were not good. if the lift was broken there is no way you could get luggage up as the stairs were incredibly steep and narrow which we found out whilst waiting half an hour for the lift to close its doors. |

I did not like having to change rooms 3 times, I did not like the sewer smell throught the whole hotel, I did not like the construction outside my bedroom window, I thought the breakfast could be vastly improved, and I thought they could have done more for me for the inconveinance of having to move rooms 3 times, other than giving me 1 free hour of Internet use. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Location was great. Small everything! The room, bathroom, lift... The lift was smelly. You have to pay 3 Euros for each luggage that you want to deposit with them. |

The staff were very friendly and courteous and assisted me with directions, etc. The hotel had a sulphuric smell to it, especially when in the bathroom. |

Great location in the heart of the city with very close proximity to trams. Very pretty location. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. Good wireless internet access. Hotel reception closed at 11 p.m. every night and made it challenging for late arrivals or to renew internet service late at night. Uneven twin beds pushed together to make a "queen sized" bed. Hotel did not provide umbrella service or laundrey service even though signs on the back of the hotel room door claimed that they did. |
