Near of the city centre and the Museum Square. Its canal view.Good value. The 6% overtax if you pay by credit card or pay for use the baggage-room.The lift was almost always out of order. |

I enjoyed my small, yet cosy room on the 4th floor, very decent bathroom, nice clean shower... I would appreciate a working lift... |

The location is good, very accessible by tram. With earplugs I found it quite quiet at night. Size of the room quite small, but bathroom good. For the price, it was OK. Seems Amsterdam is quite expensive compared to other European cities. Most of the staff was very nice, professional and accommodating. The woman who checked us in was close to rude though. |

I liked the location of the Hotel; overlooking a canal, near museums, near attractions, near fun square for entertainment, decent neighborhood, and quiet. The hotel was decent for the value. It is very small; the hallways, the stairs, the shower. It was sometimes difficult to manuever. |

Great atmosphere, newly renovated, non-smoking rooms giving space enough for a couple for a weekend or longer holiday. They have elevator and rooms with view to the channel. Close to museums and the downtown. Various public transportation right on the corner. |

The ubication. I think it is too expensive because they don't give you at least bath gel, the room is small and it is not very well decorated. |

The location is good which is near the night life in Amsterdam as well as transport facilities to major areas especiallythe airports. Ample services to connect to anywhere. Very rundown and inadequate facility within the room. Carpet looks tired and bed too small. Its actually a sofa and not an actual bed. Furniture old and in room entertainment practically nil. TV located on the wrong angle and difficult to view. |

This hotel is closed to the LeindePlein, a great place if you like fiesta...especially on the evening La vue des chambres n'est pas terrible et certaines chambres sont trés étroites (juste la place pour le lit , le bureau et l'armoire). |

The location was perfect, just off a very busy square but along a very quiet canal, excellent view. Staff were friendly and extremely accomodating, our flight landed after their reception had closed but they happily stayed later to check us in. The room was basic but comfortable, exactly what was needed after a long day. Bathroom facilties were very clean and looked new. A very pleasant experience |

Location of the hotel How small the breakfast room was and we needed more crockery etc Didn't really cater for a group having to leave at 9am. Also no room to store suitcases for later pick up. |

good location. renovations behind the hotel and we were in a rear facing room. lucky we were only there for the weekend. also the stairs were not good. if the lift was broken there is no way you could get luggage up as the stairs were incredibly steep and narrow which we found out whilst waiting half an hour for the lift to close its doors. |
