The Hotel De Klokbeker is a small and convenient family hotel. It is located in the centre of Norg, a touristic village in the middle of the forest area in the north of the province Drenthe. The area offers many possibilities for walking, cycling and nature exploring. A variety landscape with old woods, places of natural beauty, windmills, meadow-land, fields and fens. You can make use of the natural constructed (cycle)roads. Norg has many recreational facilities as a swimming pool, tenniscourt and a golf-link. Friesland and Groningen are nearby.

De Klokbeker is centrally situated opposite one of the 2 windmills in Norg. A stone's throw away from de Klokbeker you will find modern tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool. Norg has also got it's own recreation park with water slide. And if you like riding horseback, there are various riding schools close at hand. Norg's unique surroundings offer numerous possibilities for walking, cycling and nature exploring. The neighbouring cities and villages offer plenty of possibilities to have a nice and enjoyable day.
Food & beverage
In the cheerful restaurant we not only serve superb day menu's, the cook's various specialties are certainly worth giving a try as well. Taking a snack in the cafe with billiard at night. De Klokbeker has a private terrace for the hotel guests and a variety room for about 200 persons.
Travel information
From Zwolle A28: Take exit 33 in the direction of Norg until you reach the village. After 500m you will find our hotel on your left hand side (across the Esso fuelstation and the mill)
