Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
There is a nice play corner to ensure the fact that your children will also enjoy their stay.
Our location is of course also perfect for parties, gatherings and meetings. The rooms offer all the necessary equipment for receptions, weddings, seminars or business meetings.
You can choose between standard rooms, luxurious rooms, family rooms, but also standard and luxurious apartments. The rooms are all equipped with modern comfort. The family rooms also offer a separate bedroom.
All the studios are equipped with a kitchen and some of them even offer a seperate bedroom or a spacious luxurious bathroom.
The cosy apartments offer space for 4 to 5 persons, and all of them have 2 bedrooms, a separate living-room, a luxurious bathroom and a complete kitchen.

I liked the small, cozy atmosphere and the friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed biking on the dunes and along the sea! It was great that the Hotel is so close to both the wonderful beach and the town of Renesse, where you can enjoy the shopping and restaurants. |

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quiet,familiar, charming and cosy. The beach is a walking distance. The breakfast was very good. Ruime, propere familiekamer met een tuintje! De kamer waar de kinderen sliepen kon afgesloten worden met een deur. Aangename grote lobby met spelletjes en lego voor de kinderen. Fijn zwembad. |

Prima hotel, ruime kamer, vriendelijke service, goed ontbijt, zeer diervriendelijk, fijne locatie dicht aan zee (je hoeft maar 1 duin over en dan sta je op het strand). De bedden zijn wat aan de zachte kant, dat sliep voor ons wat minder comfortabel. |

Mein Freund und ich hatten ein kleines, einfaches Zimmer, welches für unsere Zwecke absolut in Ordnung war. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück lecker mit einer guten Auswahl... Wir hielten das Hotel - nicht zuletzt wegen seiner tollen Lage - für einen Geheimtipp und werden bestimmt wieder hin fahren... Dass das Hotel auch über eine Sauna + einen Pool verfügt, war für uns bei der Buchung nicht relevant - jedoch haben wir das als Tüpfelchen auf dem i empfunden. |
