Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 7 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was silent, comfortable and allowed us to relax. One day we slept 11 hours. Impossible where we live. Of course,this was in November and we got a room on the back side of the hotel. Maybe a front room in summer can be noisier. |

Excellent room; furnished tastefully - and comfortably, and plenty of space. Great bathroom. Spacious balcony. The hotel is in a terrific location, 2 to 3 minutes walk from the shopping strip, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and less than that to the cycle path through the forest. Plus, the people who run the hotel have to count as two of the lovliest on the planet. Saying goodbye was the only drawback to my stay at Hotel Kogerstaete. |

De getoonde foto's doen dit hotel tekort. De kamers zijn veel royaler en luxer ingericht dan op de foto's. Het ontbijt 'smorgens is prima. De eigenaars zijn zonder poespas, maar wel met een "personal touch" |

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam echtpaar dat het hotel runt,.Goede bedden zeer schone kamers,goed ontbijt buffet. Erg prettig dat er een koelkastje,waterkoker en een koffiezetautomaat op de kamer aanwezig was. |

Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met persoonlijk aandacht. Prima zeer schone kamers met koffie en thee voorziening (en koelkast). De eigenaars zijn altijd bereid om het naar zin te maken, inclusief het verzorgen van een prima ontbijt. Het ontbreken van een centrale lobby waar je iets kunt drinken, lezen e.d. |

Zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Schoon, goed verzorgd met oog voor detail. Juist zo belangrijk als je met kleine kinderen reist! Ons eerste weekendje weg met onze zoon van 5 maanden. Kinderbedje en speeltje stonden klaar. De heerlijk ruime suite kamer was ideaal. Balzaal van een badkamer. Gelegen in het centrum maar net buiten alle drukte. |

Ligging van hotel prima centraal. Hotel is in 2004 gebouwd als appartementencomplex. Kamer nr 23. (suite) biedt prima comfort. Ontbijtkamer proper maar eenvoudig. Gastheer en gastvrouw geven evenwel persoonlijke aandacht. |

Leuke en spontane ontvangst door zowel gastheer als gastvrouw. Prima eenvoudig doch zeer goed ontbijt. Jammer dat er niet een ruimte is waar je buiten je kamer bent en waar je dan toch een kopje koffie of iets anders kunt bestellen. |

De zeer gastvrije en vooral persoonlijk ontvangst door de eigenaars, prachtige luxe suite (groter dan op de foto leek!) en alles ontzettend stralend schoon. Eigenaars maakten dat we ons echt als gasten verwend voelden. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet viel ook zeer in de smaak. |

de hartlijke ontvanst, uitvoeringe informatie over het hotel en de omgeving, heel confortabele kamers, uitgebreid verzorgd ontbijt, de aanwezigheid van een balkon waardoor een roker ook nog een plaatsje heeft, de stoomcabine op de kamer die na een dag fietsen en wandelen heel ontspannend en verkwikknd werkte, de netheid en ook heel bijzonder de oprechte vriendelijkheid van de uitbaters van dit hotel. Zelden meegemaak, maar over dit hotel heb ik geen enkele negatieve opmerking !!!! he bijzonder dus |

Ligging was lekker dichtbij centrum, eigen parkeerterrein. Hartelijk ontvangst door hoteleigenaar, veel informatie over het eiland gekregen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, elke ochtend met zorg klaar gemaakt door Jeanet en Dirk. Appartement was heel comfortabel, brandschoon met moderne gezellige meubels. We waren blij met de kamer aan de rustige en zonnige achterzijde van het pand. enkele opmerkingen: Het bed stond erg dichtbij het raam, daardoor last van tocht als deze openstaat. We hebben het raam in de woongedeeltte opengezet. Voor mijn man was de matras te zacht. |

Prachtige modern ingerichte en comfortabele kamer. Praktische ligging van het hotel vlak voor het voetgangersgebied van het centrum. Goede plek voor auto en fiets. Aardig stel dat de zaak runt, met duidelijk plezier in het werk en zeer klantgericht. |
