close to centrum Amsterdam lobby, front desk,elevator, staircase, hallways, rooms, bathrooms all were very cramped up, dirty and unclean. Was promised internet but neither wired nor wireless worked. Had to check out after just one days stay !!!!! The front desk woman was very rude.The man was good. |

I like that it was convenient to the downtown area. All the night life was right there , there was no need to take a bus or taxi. It's hard to complain about a free breakfast but the three monrings we went down for breakfast there was no eggs left. We were at breakfast atleast 1 hour before 10:00 ,that was when breakfast ended |

Breakfast; Excellent location; Plenty of hot water; Run-down and out of date. Dirty in parts. Overpriced for 3 star hotel. Room we were first given was occupied. Second one smelt of smoke; we had asked for non-smoking accommodation. After discussion with management we were allocated a smoke-free and generally more pleasant room. |

The location of the Hotel is excellent. Very close to central station and to everything you want to see. So you can reach the most interesting places, join any excursion (boat trips, bus tours) just withing 5 minutes without using any transport. Great for party animals as located withing night life area. This hotel is good for those who need just a bad to sleep and breakfast. For the life or spending more time in hotel - not so good. Lift very small - for one with luggage and very slow, stairway - too narrow to come with luggage, room was very small - just beds and narrow excess to them, room was too dark, almost no light, light bulbs don't give enough light as too week. |

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. It is very well placed in the center. The room had toilet and shower. The room was very noisy, in front of a very crowded street. The luggage room was a rubbish dump and there is only one old computer in the hall and with no posibility to print. |
