There was a noisy bells all night round from the nearby church. There is no lift. Location is far from the Grote Markt. Poor breakfast, poor bath staff. |

Very nice and comfortable hotel located in an enchanting small square well furnished in bars and restaurant. Very helpful personnel, cosy environment, large rooms. The breakfast 'room' is actually along the corridor between the very small lobby and the rooms, and it has no windows. Part of the decoration is somehow kitch, including the carper floors. |

The location in down town is excellent. Good recommendation for dinner was appreciated. Service people very friendly. A link to the parking garage location (GPS) and a map with directions on how to walk from the parking garage to the hotel would be good for those driving. Rooms need air-conditioning so windows can be shut to keep out the noise from the square. |

Appreciate tea/coffee making facilities, and selection of cafes/restaurants just outside the door. The square looked delightful in the evening. Very central, easy walking to all sites. |

Excellent location in a pretty square, attractive hotel, my room was very large (twin for single occupancy) and nicely decorated, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again Reception is only open until 23.00 after which you need your key to get into the hotel. However this was not a problem for me. The toiletries in the bathroom were fairly basic and breakfast selection was OK but a little boring but these are very minor points compared to the overall experience. |

The location is very good, close to the center of the city. We got a room with a nice view to a square. The staffs were very kind and friendly. The room does not have a refrigerator. |

Everything was acceptable regards faciities etc. The plate glass windows in the breakfast room are standout. Clothes storage facilities could be improved. |
