Location. Privacy. There was constant construction going on during my stay. The fire alarm went off several times due to the construction and had no way to silence the alarm. Very annoying and frustrating! Made it difficult to relax or sleep. |

I stayed in one of the newly-renovated apartments for 10 days in August 2008. Many of the other apartments were still being renovated. The renovated apartments are a huge improvement over the old-style apartments. The new apartments have hardwood floors, air conditioning, brand new furniture, cordless phones, and flat-screen TVs. Very nice, modern, and stylish. Once again, no instructions on how to use the in-room washer. I had to call housekeeping to get laundry detergent (it is supposed to be in the room for free), and the new air conditioning failed mid-way through my stay. |

Good location, very nice accomodations overall and once the bugs are fixed will be first class. They had just been remodeled and quite nicely, too bad I was a guinea pig for their work. A/C broke shortly after arrival, dvd player didn't work, and the refrigerator was falling out of the wall.Staff was slow if at all to respond to issues with the room. |

The apartments were renovated and are very comfortable Wireless interenet toooo expensive. Very poor selection of television channels available to English speaking guests. |

Apartment furnishings were good quality, but not luxurious. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Minor problems with the room were corrected immediately (burned out light bulb, lack of a wine corkscrew). The fitness center was a disappointment. It was small and not well equipped. |

The appartment had a washing machine which was great. The appartment was difficult to cool down. However this is a very minor point. |

spacious and comfortable apartment was quite chilly even with the heat on, also there were no previsions made to empty garbage therefor garbage smelled after 1 week |

lekker in het centrum van amsterdam dat ik meer dan de helft van mkijn verblijf problemen had met de sleutel van het appartement. Ik moest een heel stuk lopen naar de balie, in de rij staan om dan uiteindelijk een nieuwe sleutel te vragen. Ook vond ik het eng om buiten om in mn eentje , naar mn voordeur te lopen, omdat ik buiten het hotel om moest lopen. ook werd er onderhoud gedaan terwijl ik in het appartement verbleef. wel ,kregen we een flesje wijn voor het ongemak, maar ik vond het toch een beetje weinnig, tov het ongemak. Ook was er een eetkamer stoel waar er 2 schroeven er 2 centimeter uitstaken, waar mn echtgenoot zich aanheeft bezeerd. die twee schroeven stonden overeind, op het zitvlak van de stoel. ook dit heb ik bij de receptie gemeld. |
