Krasnapolsky Apartments

Esta bien situado y es bastante amplio para 2 personas

Lo bueno es que está muy céntrico y todo todo todo esta al lado. Restaurantes, supermercado, centro comercial, coffee shops, barrio rojo, alquiler bicicletas, canales...todo.

Acercarse al mostrador ha sido siempre una odisea de colas y esperas. No tenían mi apartamento reservado. Tras 5 dias en un apartamento no limpiaron ni una vez, ni cambiaron toallas. La primera de nuestras 7 noches la pasamos provisionalmente en una habitación normal que nos cobraron como apartamento. Al día siguiente a la tarde nos dieron apartamento y fue imposible acceder a el porque la escalera para llegar era tan estrecha, bajita y en curva que no podiamos pasar el carro de la niña. Volvimos a quejarnos a recepción y nos dieron otro con el salon arriba y el dormitorio abajo y con unas escaleras increiblemente empinadas, incomodas y casi sin espacio para el pie en los peldaños. Al tercer día no podiamos más, estabamos pagando un paston

I love the apartment very clean good location and good size

they don't clean the suite eveyday

i liked the locaion , it was near of everthing,i liked the apartment it was nice and secured.

i did n`t like that the first day we chcked in to the hotel we opened the fridge found a smal rat runing there then it ran in a small whole inside, we complained to the manager he told us that this is a problem in amsterdam itself and they tried to fix it, so we askedto change the room and they did but we didn`t like the apartments they showed to us because it was n`t good as the first one , so we asked to go back to the first one because it was nicer and also based on their story that this is a problem in amsterdam it self and we can find i in anywhere , so we went back the first one and we never saw that again during the 8 days as they pomised that we will never saw it again in this room.

Great Location

Internet WiFi rates were reduced recently but still too high. Much improved TV selection but still has "bugs" in the system.

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning & again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you & so friendly. Loved it.

apartments recently refurbished and they came to work on the apartment when we were in it

L'appartement était agréable spacieux avec une petite cour privée , une tv dans chaque chambre et une machine à laver . On peut y accéder de manière indépendante de l'hotel. Il y a un room service h24 et une machine nespresso

Le système de paiment - la mauvaise comunication entre les employés de l'hotel et du coup le fait d'être déranger plusieurs fois dans une même journée et de devoir répéter les même informations, d'autant plus qu' en général lorsqu'on choisit de prendre un appartement c'est avant tout pour se sentir indépendant et être tranquille.

Appartamento molto carino e ben arredato in posizione centrale e vicino a tutto, con vista sul canale, con tutti i comfort. Pulizia due volte alla settimana e perfetta organizzazione per qualsiasi cosa.

Spacciatori sotto la finestra (anche se non creavano particolari problemi), elettrodomestici senza istruzioni ( non è stato possibile usare la lavatrice); internet non compreso nel prezzo ed eccessivamente caro; pagamento totale all'arrivo con l'aggiunta di una cauzione, quindi un trattamento diverso dagli ospiti dell'hotel, mostrando sfiducia nei confronti di chi ha prenotato, con tutto che avevano la carta di credito e tutti i dati dati come garanzia.

O apartamento era espaçoso e confortável, para além de estra localizado centralmente.
