Krasnapolsky Appartementen

The appartments are very different in comfort. If you are lucky or stubborn, you can get a dream appartment that will make your stay unforgetable. Large rooms with all possible comforts, including flat screen TVs in living and bed room, kitchen with everything, including a nespresso machine wuth coffee capsules, washing mashine, great view of the canal and, best of all, an elevator. You can fix your own meals and buy fresh buns at the bakery around the corner and have the best experience but....

We arrived on a late flight, near midnight after having ordered a room with a canal view and after I expressed a wish for a first floor appartment. The staff brought us to our appartment and I had the shock of my life. We were brought to an appartment facing a wall. That wasn't even the worst of it. The poor portier carried our bags to a second floor appartment where the bedroom was situated on the third floor of the worst stairs I've ever seen, very narrow and curving with nothing to hold on to at the top part. I felt sure I would fall down those stairs and end my life in Amsterdam. In the middle of the night we had to go back to reception and again show them our reservation, which they obviously had nor read, and insist on being moved.

Everything was ok. Excellent Appartment.

steers a bit steep. Internet too expensive however they do give you 15 minutes for free .

Hotel centrally located, spacious junior apartment, kitchenette included amenities(dishwasher etc.)Washer+Dryer. Great bed+bedding. Plenty of closet/storage space (we stayed 2 weeks) Climate control. Staff honored Do Not Disturb sign. 24 hour room service. We'll stay here again!

Location was the best. The apartments are real nice.

I expected a washer/dryer in the apartment and there were none.

There was constant construction going on during my stay. The fire alarm went off several times due to the construction and had no way to silence the alarm. Very annoying and frustrating! Made it difficult to relax or sleep.

La ubicación.

Tuvimos varias inundaciones en el baño des del piso de arriba y no lo solucionaron (solo venian con toallas a secarlo).Lo correcto hubiera sido que nos cambiaran de apartamento.

Lo bueno es que está muy céntrico y todo todo todo esta al lado. Restaurantes, supermercado, centro comercial, coffee shops, barrio rojo, alquiler bicicletas, canales...todo.

Acercarse al mostrador ha sido siempre una odisea de colas y esperas. No tenían mi apartamento reservado. Tras 5 dias en un apartamento no limpiaron ni una vez, ni cambiaron toallas. La primera de nuestras 7 noches la pasamos provisionalmente en una habitación normal que nos cobraron como apartamento. Al día siguiente a la tarde nos dieron apartamento y fue imposible acceder a el porque la escalera para llegar era tan estrecha, bajita y en curva que no podiamos pasar el carro de la niña. Volvimos a quejarnos a recepción y nos dieron otro con el salon arriba y el dormitorio abajo y con unas escaleras increiblemente empinadas, incomodas y casi sin espacio para el pie en los peldaños. Al tercer día no podiamos más, estabamos pagando un paston

Localisation de l'appartement (près de la place Dam, vue sur un canal, proximité du quartier touge) / Design et équipement de l'appartement (baignoire, 2 LCD, cuisine pratique, lave-linge...)

Booking.com n'avait pas confirmé à l'hotel ma réservation et j'ai des pb en arrivant / Booking.com parlait d'une piscine qui n'existait pas / Pareil pour l'ascenceur, pas présent pour tous les appartements / 159€ la nuit, c'est quand même un peu cher... / Attente à l'acceuil de l'hotel du au manque de personnel

O apartamento era espaçoso e confortável, para além de estra localizado centralmente.
