единственный 5ти звездочный отель на побережье. ураганный ветер - свист в окна такой что невозможно спать. достойный завтрак с шампанским.отличнейший вид на штормовое море. засранный чайками балкон без крыши. шикарное месторасположение. удобная, большая, постоянно разъезжающаяся в стороны кровать. для executive room сделать бесплатным интернет везде по отелю. резко увеличить список напитков в комнатах executive lunch'a |

Excellent room and very friendly and helpful staff in an ideal sea-front location. Good value for money with the discounted booking.com rate we had. We booked a room only as other reviews of this hotel suggested breakfast was too expensive and very crowded. We found plenty of other places serving a good breakfast on the sea front near the hotel. |

The location of the hotel, a tram ride from downtown Den Haag, was nice. Smallness of the room, for the price. Noise from the beach discotheques until very late at night. |

We liked the proximity to the beach and to the downtown area. It was interesting to stay in a historical building. We were not pleased with the disco that went on until after 4 in the morning - kept us awake. When we checked out the next morning I told them about the noise and they asked if we complained at the time. I said no, because upon check-in we were told the hotel was completely full. She said "we always have extra rooms, we could have moved you". Hmmm, 'completely full' does not suggest this. |

The location and the staff. Very beautiful and tasteful. The bartender was great, very friendly. The diningroom food and staff. Our server did not know the menu and was irritated that I should have a question about it, a little rude. The food came and it was very bland.Also our room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy. |

The location has to be # 1. Also the main dining room is very old world beautiful. I also liked the security and the staff. I did not like the bathroom, it was poorly designed, no shelves or hooks. My make-up was on the floor. Also the faucet was not right for the sink, it splashed the counter, everything was wet all the time.And instant coffee in the room for a 5 star????? Used to Nespresso in the room. |

a very pleasant experience. we had dinner in the kurzaal, and altought quiet (time of the year, and a tuesday), very helpfull and kind staff and a great pianoplayer! View was nice, room was clean and comfy. One of the restaurants (Kandinski) was closed, that we heard so much about. That was a shame. Otherwise none. |
