Good hotel

Close to the city-centre; very helpful and friendly staff; good value for money.

Steep stairs; bedroom quite noisy; apartment not too well kept (dusty and a bit shabby); not as nice as in the photos; breakfast is very expensive.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Apartment well-equipped including oven, hob, dishwasher, DVD player and music centre. Location convenient for both station and city centre.

Accessed by steep and narrow stairs - but we gather this is normal for older buildings in the Netherlands. Hall and stairway for the apartments were rather shabby.

The location was great, right by the station and near to the centre of town. Despite being right beside the bus and train station, the bedroom was at the back, so it was nice and quiet.

The rooms were all dusty - could do with a proper clean! The photos of the appartment were accurate, but it looks like nothing has been updated for years, the lights and fittings were all quite old and all the rooms could do with a new coat of paint. The shelf unit had fallen off the wall and had not been fixed.

No. But leaving 1-2 bags of tea, would not cost lot, and would create better 'welcome'

Exellent location! The hotel is in 2 minutes walking from the station and on the main way to the historical part of the city. Rooms are big and comfortable. Very good for those who need privacy.

Appartement midden in het centrum

Parkeergarage ging een beetje klungelig. Niet voldoende sleutels waardoor de sleutel voor en na parkeren weer ingeleverd diende te worden. Hierdoor veel onnodig geloop.

Locatie

Te weinig handdoeken, douche op de zolderverdiepeing veel te laag, geen douche gordijn, opstakels om in bed te komen.

Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het apartement, maar gekozen voor het hotel. Het Hotel voldoet uitstekend en centraal gelegen. personeel erg vriendelijk

Voor mensen die niet eenvoudig kunnen reizen, geen kastruimte op de kamer.

Uitstekende ligging. Ruim appartement.

Relatief weinig plaats in ontbijtzaal. We hadden enkel nog plaats aan de "toog" tegen de muur. Dit was weinig gezellig. Zodra verbouwingswerken gedaan zijn, zal alles vermoedelijk wel vlot verlopen.

Het is niet meteen duidelijk hoe ver de appartementen verwijderd liggen van de receptie. Toch nog een aardig stukje lopen met je koffer. We kregen appartement 37A. Op zich prima. 2 minpuntjes: De ondergelegen bakker maakt nogal lawaai aan het einde van de nacht, vroege ochtend. Ik vermoed dat de geluiden (hinderlijk piepen) daar vandaan komen. Verder mogen de vitrages wel eens gewassen worden en is de bank in de kamer wel erg versleten.

de design plaatjes op de site worden totaal niet waargemaakt, het appartement was alles behalve design, kapot aanrechtblad, geen glazen om uit te drinken, lelijke meubels en aankleding. Echt een tegenvaller en reden om niet terug te komen en niet aan te bevelen.
