the worst hotel i have ever stayed with!!!! one week did not clean my room, bathroom is very dirty,light was broken at night.....i will never back to this hotel!!!!!!

The appartment we got was right acorss the street from the hotel which was handy. Some interesting features in the appartment such as the disco lights in the shower. Although very stylish and trendy, some of the futntiure was uncomfortable hard plastic.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location itself is very convinient, next to the train station and walking distance from the center. Some of the lamps didn't not work, so the living room was a bit dark.

Good location, Good buffet (breakfast), Clean, modern and comfortable appartments It is not something we where bothered about but the stairs are quite steep and long. People that have difficulties walking stairs cannot make it since there is no elevator.

The location just opposite the railway station was excellent for two oldies with heavy bags. However, we were told that there was "one stair" which we interpreted as one step to heave our heavy bags up but in fact there were twenty steps on a narrow staircase and the person telling us one stair meant one staircase. Simple but okay for a couple of nights. Breakfast okay and good attitude of staff. Nice touch on checking in "Would you like a cup of mushroom soup"? Loved Maastricht and simplicity of getting either by bus or walking from this hotel/apartment would certainly make it worthy of returning to it.

The beauty of the room. It was spacious, very comfortable and a lot of light from very tall windows. I would have prefered it if they added shompoo and soap. I also thought the 17 euro cost for breakfast much too expensive.

The proximity to the centre of Maastricht was fabulous. The facilities were very good, better than expected. It was located in an area which could be noisy till the wee small hours.

Heerlijk appartement, veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien, goed gelegen, veel privacy. Personeel weinig gezien, maar bij sleutel halen ed erg vriendelijk 6 stijle trappen op en geen balkon

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful at checking in and out. Apartment in good location within easy walking distance of city centre. Apartment was studio style, very clean, towels provided, cooking facilities good ( they even supplied washing up liquid), all you could need for a weekend away. It was nice to be able to sit on the window ledge and watch the outside world, even though it was the train station. It was very quite when the windows were closed.The stairs are quite hard going after a long day walking or for anyone with disabilities. Would definately stay there again.

Two rooms has separate bathroom and toilets. Big living room. 5th floor without lift is harsh for backpacker with heavy luggage. No microwave, oven, hair dryer, washing machine..... apartment??

Up lots of narrow stairs with no lift which would be difficult if you had lots of luggage or were elderly/infirm. Also, it was quite hot and stuffy and some of the decor around the windows/curtains were tired and a bit grubby - although the rest of the rooms were very clean. If it had been a very hot day it would have been quite uncomfortable.

The apartments were very well decorated and designed with a great balcony. I was surprised how nice the place was! The railway station is two minutes away but there was no noise from the railway or anywhere else. The best I can up with is that there was a bit of dust under the bed, apart from that, it was lovely!

I like lots of things: the apartments are big, nice, cosy and with everything useful in them.This last time I found out about the fitness room which is great.And on top we had a garden. I love your hôtel it is worth the money; So bravo!!!! The best I can afford...with pleasure. Offer me a night in it and I'llbe very happy to go back there.. only one little negative point: that we have to wait 3 pm to get in the apartment and that we have to leave at eleven o'clock ,noon 'll be better and get in at 1 pm; There are always people leaving earlier...and in some of the apartments haven't got enough light.

location to maastrict city centre.quiet apartment,clean,good kitchen,bathroom,spacy living area.freedom to come and go.nice secure garage nearby. paintwork a little scruffy.not suitable for older people .we were in the attic,4 flights narrow stairs.kept us fit!no lift.
