Excellent location, and staff. I thought it was quite expensive for what it is (room size) |

The location, it was very close to all amneties. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was continental buffet, simple but nice. The stairs!!! No lift and terrible narrow stairs. Our room was on the fourth floor and it was just a pain each time we wanted to go out and return back to the hotel. |

The location is really great. But then again Maastricht is really small so just about any location is great. The breakfast was also nice. The size of the room was tiny!!!!! It was difficult for 2 of us to move in there! The swower looked clean enough but had a strong mildew smell. |

The location of the hotel is very good: right in the city centre. The staff was acceptably friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was too small, the bathroom was even smaller and started smelling on the second day. All in all, it was a bit overpriced. |

The location is excellent, some rooms with great view on City Hall of Maastricht! Poor service, rooms simple and WERY small, smell like cigarets, stareways not suitable for older people. Check out too early! |

It was clean, had everything we needed (including en-suite bathroom) and the location was excellent. The steep stairs, perhaps - a little difficult to carry your luggage to the top floor. However, it seems that many hotels in The Netherlands have these naroow, steep staircases. It's not a big issue. |

The price was not so expensive, therefore it was a good option. One of the staff, which I think was the owner, was very friendly. Restaurant well equipped. Breakfast very good! There was no reception. The room could have been cleaner. There was no service available at request, no telephones and no minibar. Lights did not work properly. The stairs were too steep and narrow, you would be lucky not to fall down them. And there is no lift available, so you would imagine someone going up with the luggage. |

It was very central and well situated, close to all the attractive areas of Maastricht. Friendly staff. No hairdryer! I had to go out and buy one. Parking was quite far away, but once we'd parked we could forget about the car because everywhere was walking distance. |

Friendly staff, and varied and enjoyable breakfast. Evening meal was very convenient as we didn't have to go elsewhere. Heaters outside meant we could sit and people watch while having a drink. I asked for a ground floor room for my 91 yr old father in law and was reassured there was only one step up to room. It was a narrow winding staircase which proved difficult for him throughout stay. On the last evening we were informed that the othere hotel had a lift. |

Very close to everything, easy to find and easy to access day and night. The t.v. did not work, would have been nice to catch up on the news at the end of the day. |

The only benefit is, it is in the market place and has a easy connectivity to all parts of the city. The bathroom too cramped. The hotel ass such was just ok, but not the value for the money. |

Liked the hotel very much, will probably use again. Room was small but beautifully decorated and clean, rooms were above a small restaurant with a very good atmosphere and the hotel was right on the edge of the town hall square, very convenient and central. A tiny point - would like fresh milk rather than UHT for breakfast! |
