nice airy room - very pleasant staff at reception and very helpful - nice having fridge in the room would have been useful to have shampoo in bathroom especially when coming by air |

The room was clean and was as expected for a three star hotel. the staff was excellent. the location was close to the museums but a bit far from other attractions. |

The convenience of the location near to the museums and in fact away from the more 'popular' areas. I get very tired of hotels that only offer duvets in summertime. With the window open it was very noisy. Sleeping very stifling. c'est la vie. |

Location, good access to all of Amsterdam, small hotel, comfortable and personal. Great breakfast. Noise from the street in the front rooms. |

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. If you need anything at all they will help you immediately when possible. The bed and room was comfortable. Breakfast was available and on time. Easy access to the trams, restaurants, and above all the museums. The only thing that I can recommend is the cleaning of the carpet and the cloth chairs in the rooms. |

great location, near museums and tram stop but just off the busy square so completely quiet a night - spacious room - bit dated now but spotless and did not detract at all from the comfort - warm and able to open windows freely to get the tempertaure just as you like it |

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything in the room was well maintained and there were no problems. A lot of power/AC sockets in the room. Just a minor thing, but they require to leave the room key at reception when leaving the hotel, and pick it up there when returning. The problem is that the staff at reception change, and basically anyone could come in, ask politely for any room key, and get it. I'd have preferred to keep the key on me. |
