Mukavan pieni, rauhallinen hotelli, hyvä aamiainen, puutarha talon takana oli mukava, kohtuullisen vähän liikennettä talon edessä yöllä, museoalue lähellä, raitiovaunu meni riittävän läheltä. Jonkunlainen ilmastointi olisi saanut olla, varsinkin jos kaupungissa olisi ollut vielä kuumempi. Lisäksi pikkuasioita, mutta tv:n kaukosäädin puuttui, kasvo- ja wcpaperi loppuivat ja huone oli sisustukseltaan vähän vaatimaton. |

Erittäin ystävällinen ja palveluhenkinen henkilökunta, nopea ja tehokas siivous, erinomainen sijainti, siisti hyväkuntoinen huone, rauhallinen (ei siis meteliä). Hotelli olio parempi kuin mitä sivustolta sain käsityksen. |

we were allowed to check in/were given a room 2 hours before check in time at check in we were told that the breakfast is included in the price, but this was not the case; I found 13,5 euros for a breakfast a little bit to high price |

I had room 208, beautifull, with a terrace, not facing the street. The view was towards the inner courtyard, which has a school, but we didn't mind since during the day we were visiting. It could use an A/C. Otherwise the room is quite big, clean, good value for money. I would stay there a 2nd time if I would go in Amsterdam. |

Excellent location. This was much nicer than staying in the city. It was near to the museums and some wonderful restaurants in a quiet section of the city. It is not fancy by an means, but serviceable, and convenient. |

Visited museums and generally wandered around the city taking in the flavour of Amsterdam. Took canal cruise. I thought the extra 13.50 euros for breakfast could have been absorbed into the price. If breakfast had to be supplementary I feel 8/9 euros would have been more accepatable. |

they found a room for me when I arrived early--many thanks!; they printed out my boarding pass, they checked the bus timetable for me. The hotel is recently refurbished and things are in good condition. 1) I was charged more than others staying at this hotel (that is the booking service, not the hotel--promising me the lowest rate, but it was not true) 2) they missed a wake-up call for me 3) One evening we wanted to ask for a restaurant recommendation, but the staff person spent so much time (15 minutes) with another couple without even glancing up to say "I'll be with you in a moment", that we... |

The four of us liked everything. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff and the little homely touches such as giving us jugs of milk for our evening cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were brilliant. |

The hotel was very nicely located on tram line 16 from the Central station. Easy walk with luggage. Off the main and busy tourists streets and a short walking distant to the Museums. Nice local restaurant nearby with family atmosphere. It was easy to get into the main tourist areas via a tram or bus. The room was large and newly remodeled. Clean, quiet, recently renovated, very helpful and friendly staff, complementary tea and coffee in the room, great location (calm neighbourhood not too far from the center and well connected by tram and bus, there's even a bus that goes directly to the airport from there) |
