Very handy for getting into Amsterdam city centre -20 mins walk or 5 mins by tram (No. 9). Friendly and helpful staff at Reception, comfortable rooms, nice and quiet at night. |

The stay was nice - overall. It is clean, convenient and good value for money. During my stay, one of the staff on the desk was nice but another staff was pushing me to get a taxi suggesting I need about two hours from the hotel to the airport (Amsterdam), which was not true at all. It took me less than an hour to get to the airport from the hotel. And I was later told by others that it may take longer time to take taxi that I may get stuck in the traffic since it was during the peak hour. |

localisation. no parking and scheme agreement with local parking to make you put your car there. 30€/day but they forget to mention that actually it is 20€/day + 10€ por pick up and delivery of the car |

Our stay at Eden Lancaster Hotel was pleasant decor, clean and good location to Trams lines and canal lines. Location of room a little noisy as window next to room, the room a bit of a tight squeeze with three people and would have enjoyed having a refridgerator. |

hmm.. close to my office there.. -) Too loud on the base (0) floor. In the morning hours especially. So, be advised don not reserve the rooms there. Btw, in the windows of the such rooms you'll see the legs only. Nothing more. |

The cleanliness waqs excellent The rooms - certainly for a couple - are very small. Quite frankly there is more space in some of the cheap French chain hotels.The off street car parking is prohibitive - over 48€ per day. Only go to amsterdam by train or plane! |

Free wifi and internet point in lobby, very friendly helpful staff, good location, nice decor, clean comfortable rooms. No restaurant for dinner - no biggy as many restaurants close by. |

the beds were very comfortable and for the price, the room was adequate for our needs I like having a bath, the floor was not very clean, It would have been nice to have been able to have more than 1 cup of coffee or tea each day. The whitener was ok, but milk would be far nicer |

The hotel was very clean and the decor was good. The room was clean, and well maintained and the hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. The room we were in was a bit small and the door to the toilet didnt open properly because the bed was so close. Also the bathroom was rather cramped and the under sink shelf jutted out so much we had to sit on the toilet at an awkward angle. there was two single matresses instead of a double, which meant there was a gap in the middle when we lay down. |

Good price for the service, as long as you do not take the breakfast at the hotel, but at the tiny "Cafe to walk" just nearby. Bathroom very small and slippery. Room door not blocking noise enough. |

Good location some of the staff seemed a bit arrogant, (though the majority were very sweet and helpful). The beds are extremely soft, thus bad for back aches and comfort. Breakfast is over priced. |
