the location and all the staff were really helpful. it was near train station which was handy.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff as well as the excellent food in the restaurant.

Although the hotel is clean and has all the amenities, my room had only one small radiator and it was a large room so temperature was cooler than I would have liked!

Central location

Small rooms. Tv didn't work properly. Shower in bath with curtain. Oudated! Thin walls and floors. Heard everything. I would only give this three stars. It is definitely not a four star rating.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, however there were a couple who were a little snobish. For a four star hotel the entire hotel lacks in many ways. We came a bit early prior to the check in time and it was great that we were able to keep our lugagge in storage while we went into town to spend some time before the room was ready. Upon arriving the gentleman showed us where our luggage was and didnt even offer to help bring it to our room- a four star in North America would always help bring your luggage to your room in fact on most occasions they will have it in your room waiting for you when you arrive. The room, the hotel overall needs updating-especially the room. We stayed in room 507-the lino on the bathroom floor was stained so badly it looked dirty-the vent over the tub had mold growing and the soap dispenser in the shower was very hard to press to get a little soap out. The mattress needs to be replaced and really a mini firdge would be nice as well as a coffee maker-as it is sometimes not so convenient when you would like something to drink that you always have to go downstairs to get it.

Staff is always friendly, doesn't matter what time of day. Really liked the shower gel and the shampoo. Location is excellent and on a nice day to sit down and relax.

Hotel could have tea make facilities in every room, people some times want to go the privacy of their room and read or a other relaxation.

Bon emplacement, à la fois calme et proche des accès à Utrecht. Chambre spatieuse.Lit très confortable.Personel agréable

Salle du petit déjeuner très éloignée et en sous sol. Salle de bain vétuste et décoration de la chambre démodée.

Wat altijd erg tegen valt is dat je als single wel het volle pond betaald maar genoegen moet nemenmet kleine, in de hoekjes liggende kamers! Ben eens wat aardig voor alleen gaande, die hebben hier vaak niet om gevraagd namelijk!!! Groet G. Daniels

De lokatie is goed

De kamers niet fris, in een niet roken hotel met kamers stonk het echt naar rooklucht/ oude asbak geur. Klacht bij de receptie gemeld, kreeg gelijk nieuwe kamer, maar deze was niet veel beter. hebben tenslotte ingestemd met de 2e kamer. we hadden geen zin om steeds te moeten verhuizen naar een "mogelijk" fris reukend kamer. Het hotel is volgens mij "vergane"glorie. Zo luxe en chique was weinig van te merken. In een 4* hotel verwacht je bedient te worden met koffie en thee tijdens ontbijt.... gewoon zelf op de koffiemachine drukken en kopje er onder....jammer....

Le fait de ne pas pouvoirs fumer dans les chambres

Hotel is gevestigd in een historische villa; ziet er prachtig uit. restaurant en bar zien er zeer verzorgd uit; warme sfeer. we hebben gedineerd in het restaurant; heerlijk gegeten! Bar is tot laat open; prima ontbijt. Kamer was wat klein, maar functioneel.

faciliteiten in de kamer zijn wat gedateerd. Douchedeur is wat oud en vies, nog een kraan met 2 knoppen; ouderwetse tv; schamele schemerlampjes.
