Great location (right by the only double arched bridge in Delft!). Clean, quiet and comfortable and a nice breakfast.
Location, canal side and tranquil. Room newly refurbished. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast finished early
Parking was not good & room was small
Good base for walking around old Delft
Not too easy to drive too due to one way system in Delft.
I loved everything about this hotel. I have stayed there on three occasions for several nights each time. The building is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms I have had have all been comfortable with many extras...a small refrigerator, heavy black out drapes, power shower, many hangers to name a few. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The breakfast comes with the room. It is ample and delicious! As I said above, I love this hotel!
I liked everything!
The location on the bank of the Rhine
Welcome. What welcome? Herr Proprietor didn't smile, just read us the rules. Frau Diningroomhead reminded us of Cloris Leachman in Young Frankenstein. These are stern, grim hosts! Rule 1: the breakfast room doesn't open till 8 on weekends (7 weekdays). He didn't say anything about the "reception" desk (you don't get a reception here; you're read your rights, the few you have). So when we went to check out at 7:15 on a Saturday, ain't nobody home at the desk. With an 8 a.m. train, made us nervous. The room was not well maintained and had a view of an apartment building. Should you decide to stay here, try to get a river view, but I rather imagine they won't promise you anything but stern warnings.
Amazing crew, you feel just like at home with great breakfast. The location is great, just 5 min walk from the train station
I had a special dietary requests which were all fulfilled. I am traveling with medical equipment and was given all possible help, too.
I loved everything!
Large room (deluxe), breakfast quite good, bathtub, and motorized bed. The room had nice view, and it was quiet. There was also balcony, but it looked like it was in original condition, so I would not dare to try it. Staff was very helpful.
Other than normal tea, tea bags cost 50 cents. The water in the kettle had standed there heaven knows how long, so I couldn't use the teamaker.
Excellent beamed room Large modern bathroom Quiet situation Super breakfast Helpful staff
Exceptional service , good location, a good traditional hotel
The room was small and the view was the wall of the next building..
The staff were very nice and friendly. The location was perfect for walking around Delft (which, incidentally, is a lovely, lovely town). The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice and was quite good.
Excellent service and very comfortable room. We were able to adjust the room temperature to suit us. Breakfast included pastries pancakes, juice cereal yogurt hard boiled eggs fruit and yummy breads.
Everything.staff were helpful and friendly.v good breakfast and lovely quiet room. Especially appreciated the boiling jug cups and saucers I and tea bags in the room.
The hotel could not be better located, in the heart of the old town on one of the main canals, and only a 5 minute walk from the station. It is homely and pleasant, and the staff are friendly.
The bathroom was rather cramped, and the furniture a bit tired. The wifi did work in the room, but was unreliable: it took a long time to start up, and there were several interruptions to the connection.
I liked the location the food the people the comfort and service were all good.
What I did not like was that I was in a separate building from the main hotel so I really did not experience the hotel,I feel that should be made clear before booking.
Were given a room upgrade on arrival to a very spacious double. Good breakfast and great location, close to centre but quiet.
Every staff person enjoys working with travelers to make everyone feel welcome to both the Leeuwenbrug and to Delft as their city. I find with big chains the staff rotates from city to city to move up, but they do not know their location with the pride that the Leeuwenburg has. The even helpedmy find something that I left behind. Great and unusual to find ground floor rooms with no steep stairs to manage. Nice breakfast included in the price. A charming small hotel in a lovely town. I will return there.
The alleyway next to my room was noisey during the early evening, but calmed down by about 10. Bathroom would be too small for a taller person
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all questions. The location is easy access from the station, and centrum.

Hotel front desk gal was very helpful. The room was very clean and updated. The breakfast was very good.
