Exceptionally friendly hotel staff, great location in centre of old Delft, clean rooms, fridge in room for storing cheese! Tea and coffee making facilities in room, good breakfasts with lots of choice. Our room was a little noisy as on the ground floor next to an alleyway - so ask for an upgrade if possible.

We paid extra for the de luxe room. This gave us a big room overlooking the canal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of treats in the reception area sweets, savroy nibbles. The location is excellent and is quiet. Breakfast area is a bit cramped.

This was an excellent hotel at a very good price. I initially thought the reviews, that were all so positive, must have been written by friends of the hotel staff, but no, it really was this good. It was in an absolutely perfect location too. I would always stay here again if visiting Delft or nearby.

Great little hotel, located 10 minutes from the railway station and 5 minutes from the main square of Delft. Good size rooms, friendly staff, good service and an excellent breakfast. Nothing - we'd happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Staff very nice and accomodating. Excellent free breakfast and the coffee was good too! Room very adequate - not luxurious but suited me just fine. Very close to train and very nice setting on canal. Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this hotel and would stay again without hesitation. Could use a little updating in rooms but was not uncomfotable at all.

The hotel was small, old, but very clean and comfortable. The city of Delft was absolutely one of the most beautiful cities in Europe that we have ever visited including Paris. Great restaurants and wonderful food especially De Waag. The Royal Delft China factory tour was very interesting and worth the price. The railway station was under construction and a bit hard to navigate but very doable. The Keukenhof Gardens were very accessible via railway and then bus. George us and a must see during April and May. Delft, the tulip fields, and the gardens were the highlight of our fiftieth wedding anniversary trip including Paris and Ireland. We didn't care for the inconvenience of getting from the train station, which was a five to ten minute walk pulling luggage. We hired a taxi for around twenty euros to take us to the hotel upon arrival, but chose to roll our luggage on the way out. Not so bad though but would suggest it for fit folks not weaklings. The hotel had a lift, however our floor was located between the first and second floor so we had to navigate our luggage up stairs. Very doable just inconvenient. The room was a bit noisy from street noise and we could hear folks talking in other rooms. If light sleepers you might want to steer away from streetwise rooms. All in all even with a few inconveniences, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely do it again.

The hotel is very centrally located, right on a picturesque canal. Our room was in the annex next door to the hotel and was very large, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable, not always a certainty in continental hotels, The breakfasts were wonderful and generous. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommendable hotel.

It was oldy worldy very clean with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was very nice however it was served in the main entrance way so guests were entering and exiting the front of the hotel whilst other guests were trying to get their breakfast, not very well thought out.
