Friendly staff. Location, easy walk from the train station. Located in the center of Delft. The room was large and very nice. Just a place you feel at home at. My second stay there and I didn't hesitate in booking there again.
Very helpful staff Comfortable facilities Great location for visiting Delft.
Very nice location in the centre of Delft. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were spacious and clean.
Helpful informative staff. Comfortable rooms kept clean
Lack of restaurant for evening meal
Near to plenty of restaurants Easy walk from station Quiet room (Once you got used to church clocks frequently chiming) Free WiFi performance adequate. Nice breakfast
This hotel was nearly located in the Delft station. The performance of Wi-Fi was good. I recommend this hotel for your trip in Delft.
Location, in the center of Delft, next to a chanel and close to the train station Traditional Dutch House
Bathroom was a bit small
This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed. Everything was excellent.
Position, food, service
The room of the next street side has some noise
5 minutes from station and central town square. Friendly staff. Reasonably sized rooms. Decent breakfast.
Nothing to dislike.
The Hotel is on the canal, a short walk from the station and the centre of town. Excellent location. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff delightful. Breakfast food delicious.
Our bedroom was in an annex, which was fine but you had to put your coat on to go and get breakfast. The breakfast is lovely BUT it is a buffet served in the reception hall way, which is small anyway. It felt really odd to be collecting a plate and pancake from the reception desk and finding the juice while other guests are checking out with suitcases in a very narrow passageway. Odd but we got used to it.
Clean, comfortable and great location.
Good location with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple and nice. I will return to Delft in summer and definitely stay at this hotel.
Position of hotel, excellent service and welcome from staff.Very good buffet breakfast
No problems at all
Right in the center of Delft and very close to the station. Great breakfast!
very old TV.
Location, Staff, Quality, Breakfast
We were upgraded to a larger room overlooking a garden. Very nice and quiet. The room was equipped with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities which I like very much. The hotel is located just a short walk from the center of the old town but at the same time is walking distance from the train station, on a quiet cobbled street overlooking a canal. Very pretty.
I can't think of anything that was not good.
Great location (right by the only double arched bridge in Delft!). Clean, quiet and comfortable and a nice breakfast.
Location, canal side and tranquil. Room newly refurbished. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast finished early
Parking was not good & room was small
Good base for walking around old Delft
Not too easy to drive too due to one way system in Delft.
I loved everything about this hotel. I have stayed there on three occasions for several nights each time. The building is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms I have had have all been comfortable with many extras...a small refrigerator, heavy black out drapes, power shower, many hangers to name a few. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The breakfast comes with the room. It is ample and delicious! As I said above, I love this hotel!
I liked everything!
The location on the bank of the Rhine
Welcome. What welcome? Herr Proprietor didn't smile, just read us the rules. Frau Diningroomhead reminded us of Cloris Leachman in Young Frankenstein. These are stern, grim hosts! Rule 1: the breakfast room doesn't open till 8 on weekends (7 weekdays). He didn't say anything about the "reception" desk (you don't get a reception here; you're read your rights, the few you have). So when we went to check out at 7:15 on a Saturday, ain't nobody home at the desk. With an 8 a.m. train, made us nervous. The room was not well maintained and had a view of an apartment building. Should you decide to stay here, try to get a river view, but I rather imagine they won't promise you anything but stern warnings.
Amazing crew, you feel just like at home with great breakfast. The location is great, just 5 min walk from the train station
