I appreciated the friendly service I got, especially from Wendy at reception, who dealt with all my queries with a smile. Breakfast was also varied, and enjoyable. |

Location close to the city center is very practical. We would like to see a coffeemaker in the room. The corridor on floor 3 was a bit smelly. The shower is quite small. |

I liked the location across from the train station and the room was a good temperature for sleeping. Comfortable beds as well. The bed was comfortable, but would have been nice if it had been made up as one queen size bed with one set of sheets. |

Eventhough I mostly had to wait for at least 5 min at the reception (just one person for two hotels) the staff was always friendly and tried to help out. I paied 119 Euro per night for a single used double room but had to face myself with a dirty shower and mould growing in the edges. I got 10 Euros reduction per night for that, a small thing if you appreciate clean bathrooms. Furthermore the internet use was 10 Euros for 1 h...incredible expensive if you already pay 119 Euros (without breakfast!). |

Location is so convenient. Right next to the train station. Breakfast is great and convenient, just pricey. Stairwell and open areas had moldy smell. Breakfast should be included. |

We decided to stay in Leiden the night before our flight home from Schiphol. It was very convenient to take our bags and 2 children on the direct train to the airport. We choose this hotel due to it's close location to the train station. It was walking distance to great shopping streets and delicious pancake houses for dinner. |

Location, next to station and on edge of historic town. Breakfast generally good. Car parking on site (though not cheap). For a summer break, reasonable value for money. It felt a bit tired and beginning to be slightly shabby. Nothing distinctive about it - just like every other international hotel. |

Excellent Breakfast, and excellent, friendly staff. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the hotel provided all the services you would expect Building is still going on opposite, but no heavy machinery or noise,so no problems,Hotel is just outside the busiest central part which might be noisy at night, but was quiet, and only 2 minutes walk into Leiden centre |

Nice location, though next to busy road. Nice breakfast buffet. Room did not have airconditioning. Especially with a busy road next to your room, leaving the windows open isn't a good option. |

The friendlinesss of the staff and the hotel's central location to Leiden town centre. Cost of the bar drinks was more than I'd have liked - hence, the lack of guests using this facility during my stay. |

Rooms are big enough, esay to book, the location is great. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful. After I had booked this hotel as a single person and was paying as a single personhe receptionist asked me at check out if anyon else had stayed with me for the 5 nights. I told her she was very rude and that I had booked and was paying as a single person. If I were a blonde, I'm sure she would never had the nerve to ask this but since I am ethnic looking, she thought it was ok. I decided to ignore this as an enounter with one idiot but since you asked...Racists should not be allowed to work in these hotel positions. I would stay here again because the location is perfect and most of the staff are fine. However, I hope I will not have this type of experience again. That receptionist was arrogant and patronizing. |

The closeness to the railway station - small town easy to get around either by walking or by bicyle - larger towns not too far away (Hague and Amsterdam). Very close to the Tulip farms. |

We enjoyed our stay with you very much. The staff were extremey helpful and friendly and the hotel comfortable with excellent food. A greater supply f coffee and tea would have been appreciated, especially as the weather was rather cold, not making us wish to venture out in search of coffee shops. |

Easily accessable from train station and town centre. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Buffet breakfast included hot food. Our room did include tea / coffee making facilities - perhaps a recent improvement. Restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, but was a bit expensive anyway. |

Close to Leiden central station, so an easy journey from Schipol and equally close if you are catching the bus to visit the Keukenhof gardens. Poor ventilation in rooms, so rather hot and stuffy at night. |

convenient for station and city centre, clean and comfortable, good buffet breakfast. Facilities for bicycle parking. Restaurant was popular and looked nice but a bit too expensive for us(25 euros per head set menu) tho this is not out of line with Leiden generally |

The Tulip Inn is contained within the 4star Golden Tulip and shares all the facilities including reception. The only diferenc is slightly more basic rooms. This suited us perfectly as we were only staying two nights and had to book two rooms for our party of four. |
