Location, Facilities, would highly recommend & will stay again. Ease of booking& airport check in. Staff extremely helpful.
- Kitchen fully stacked with all necessary untensils. - Beds very comfy
- Finding it for the first time is not easy. - word of advise to everyone, unless you are planning to stay awake till 4am, you will be distracted by the noise of the clubbers at the night club next door.
Clean and easy access to everything
Bar and pubs underneath you so a bit noisy at night.
Check in at the Schipol was extremely easy and the staff member was friendly and helpful. The apartment was much bigger than I expected and really impressive; location is only a two minute walk from the heart of Leidseplein and there are restaurants and cafes quite literally on your doorstep. The kitchen facilities were also A1.
The walls seemed to be quite thin - a fair bit of noise from other apartments and the club across the road on the street until early hours of the morning. The internet was not particularly reliable (especially for business travellers uploading larger files).
Walk outside the door and you are in the centre of Amsterdam.
Due to the central location and the close vicinity to bars and restaurants it was noisy at night despite double glazing. A small price to pay for being in the centre of this great city.
Superb location near everything we wanted. Clean and recently decorated. Beds very comfortable. Coffee maker and coffee pods provided. Small food markets nearby. The lift, because we had a wheelchair. And it's nice being on the first floor.
I didn't like them taking full payment at time of booking without clearly stating that. It came as a surprise. I didn't like having to walk 10 minutes to the office to get the key. This flat is managed by a letting company that looks after about 200 flats in the city. Having said that, if I had come to Amsterdam via the airport that wouldn't have been an issue, because they have a key office in the airport. The person at the office who checked me in didn't know much about the actual flat or its location, so couldn't answer simple questions about it. There is a lot of late night carousing in the street out front. This might have kept us awake if we weren't so tired.
The apartment is modern and spacious. If you are in Amsterdam to "party", this is an ideal apartment.
It is in the "night club" area. We stayed Monday to Wednesday night and it was very noisy, even with the windows closed. You will not get a good night's sleep here. The sofa bed sheets were unwashed. When we called reception, the staff member was very helpful and came to the apartment and changed the bed sheets immediately.
Convenient for visiting the Art Galleries
The crescendo of noise from the Night Club opposite, reaching full Volume at 3.a.m. When the Clientele hit the. Street .You must mention prominently in your in your brochure.
Every thing ..
Noises.. Alot of nightclub there .. Street sleep around 4am daily .. If you're good sleeper it be ok .. Otherwise be careful..
Very central place, large rooms, and an apartment designed
Noise all day And night
the apartment it Was nice
it Was terrible whem we arrived to Amsterdam from a Cruise, we went to the office for the key at 12:00, there Was no posibility for doing earlier the check in until the 14:00, then we has to wait outsider the office until 14:00. But more awesome Was that we got a wrong address department and we spend the rest of the day to find it.
The apartment is in a busy restaurant/nightclub area. Therefore there is a variable amount of noise at night. this can continue till about 4am
apart from the internet everything was great
we were told that there would be internet in our apartment, but there was not. instead we were trying to take internet from one of the other apartments, which kept on cutting out. i personally think that at the beginning of someones stay, a member of staff should visit the apartment to make sure everything is working, as we did not have phones to call and going to the office wastes time during a short trip.
Clean and high decor stabdard
Overlooked a dirty backstreet and 20 feet from a nightclub that went on until 4am- probably very suitable for some young revellers who party all night and sleep all day but hopeless for anyone over 50- we changed apartments and paid more to get somewhere quieter!
Conveniently located to Amsterdam restaurants, museums, night life and charming canal neighborhoods. Modern, spacious, cheery, and clean. AC works well. Two small grocery stores coincidently located down the block if you want to eat in. Loved walking through the neighborhoods of charming brick town homes. Rented bikes closely and took a ride out of the city one day. Excellent location!
Nightlife can be noisy at night if you choose to leave windows open. You don't have to open windows, however, because AC works well. Staff didn't tell us that apartment wasn't easy to find, because the numbers on one side of the street do not correlate with the sequence of numbers on the opposite side. Walked around awhile to find it. Door lock was difficult to open.
Location is perfekt, only few minutes from the most interesting museums.
Unfortunately it is situated right opposite the entrance in very popular night club. So noice is very high till the 4:00am!
Apartment is modern. All updated. Close to everything you need. Our apartment had a separate toilet and one shower bath sink without a toilet. No Washing machine. Said 2 bathrooms is description.
This apartment is located near several bars, open to 3or 4am with outside partiers hanging around till 5am.This is party central, near pot bars and the street flows with people smoking ciagarettes and pot which if the windows are open, permeates the apartment. Partiers flow thickly on the street from midnight to 2 am. I blame myself. I stayed here years ago but was on the canal where it is much quieter. Street cleaners come at 7am, recycle and trash soon after and at 9 to 10 noisy beer delivery trucks. When to sleep?
My family all love this quiet and convenient apartment. It located in Jordaan area and Anne Frank, Dam Square are all in walking distance as well as Rijkmuseum can be reached by Tram 10. The apartment is very quiet and there is an excellent Indiaian Restaurant just opposite street.
No wifi and be careful of the steps, anyway all steps in Netherlands are the same.
My friends and I went to Amsterdam for about four days, thinking that we wouldn't get a lot of sightseeing done. But with the appartment'a prime location, we accomplished a lot more than we hoped.
Its location, close to Museum place and restaurants, in the town center The apartment sober design, excellent comfort and materials.
The smell of the garbage located in the commons on the ground floor not in a dedicated closed space, and which enters even in the apartment because of the strong ventilation inside the flat: it's easily by-passed by leaving open a window. The walls paint should be done again as it becomes used. A bit noisy, while actually the children are not disturbed, and we could sleep well with the windows closed
Great location Very clean Lots of space Good kitchen
Pub Crawl starts next door
clean , comfortable, good location.
apartment is on a street with bars, restaurants. It's a bit noisy in the evenings.
It was like 100 meters apart from leidsesquare.
in the night its very noisy causing by the many restaurants and clubs outside the apartment. You are forced to sleep with closed windows, what affects that its very sticky and hot inside when its summer.
Location is good as u have good food options and tram is close.
Gets extremely noisy at night, our door bell kept ringing till 5 am until I hung up the set. We couldn't sleep properly for two out of four nights. Water pressure is very low in the shower. Towels were old and smelly.
