The staff were truly friendly, helpful and quite understanding even towards the children(1 and 4 years). Also we accidentaly kept the woman at the front desk for hours since we returned to the hotel to check in and move the ruggages before 10 instead of 2, which we told her first because the kids may need a nap. Though she was worried, she did not complain at all and just being kind. If the price could be a little lower... even better!! |

Fijn ontvangst, enthousiaste receptioniste, houd rekening met privacy, dacht mee, kregen kosteloos ontbijt op de kamer. Prima! De kraan in de badkamer zat los, de deurklink van de kamer was los. Relatief veel haren in de badkamer. |

Das Hotel ist in der Summe einfach sehr charmant von der Einrichtung und des ganzen Flairs und perfekt, wenn man nicht in ein großes, unpersönliches Hotel möchte. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch perfekt: ruhige Seitenstraße im Zentrum. Wir hatten eine komplette Nacht Stromausfall in unserem Zimmer und nachts ist kein Personal im Hotel. Die Telefonnummer an der Rezeption für Notfälle haben wir leider übersehen. |
