I've enjoyed spending 3 days in Amsterdam and staying at this hotel. It's location is convenient for all purposes you'd mind in this city. And staff, service and total comfort level are very high. |

I'm a New Yorker....I expect alot and dont mind paying for it as long as the property delivers and it did!! Beautiful property, great service especially at the front desk, great breakfst...I had a junior suite and the extra space was well worth the extra few dollars ...bathroom clean, modern, and luxurious by european standards... |

Service was good and staff was polite The room in which we were are good for two star hotel and not five star. The room needs complete refurbishment and looks like the ceiling in the bathroom will fall apart. |

they gave us a lovely room with flowers and sparkling wine(casue I told them it was our 10th wedding ann.)and the staff is really nice The first night we ate ate the Exelsior rest.and it was a fixed menu which we found very exp. and not worth the money (240euro for 2 with drinks). We have been to better resturants and paid less money,but i guess you pay for the view of the canal as well!! |

A welcome feeling when checking in. Clean and tidy. I will stay at the hotel again The rooms are a little dated. Would someone check the breakfast tray as there was at least one item missing each morning, small but important. |

Hotel is very quiet and the public rooms are splendid. The bed was very comfortable.. Restaurant service was chaotic. My room had not been cleaned when I returned at 3-00 pm having been out since 11-00am. |

Die zentrale, ruhige (Innenhof) Lage. Das Hotel wird umgebaut, daher hatten wir wohl so einen vorteilhaften Preis. Beim Abendessen in der Brasserie klappte etwasoffensichtlich nicht. Die Wartezeiten waren für alle Gäste sehr lang. |

Vriendelijk personeel, upgrading van de kamer, valet parking, perfecte ligging. Zwembad was van te veel chloor voorzien zodat wij niet in het water mochten, dit werd niet tevoren gezegd maar pas toen wij omgekleed een duik wilden nemen |

Auto voor het hotel. Kamer niet klaar bij aankomst. Kamer te klein, en niet in overeenstemming met de prijs. s'Middags niet wat op het terras kunnen drinken, en 's avonds niet kunnen Dineren in het hotel. |
