One of my best hotel experiences, there was nothing to much trouble for the hotel staff, room was excellent, restaurants and bars fantastic, will definately be back.

At the arrival we felt like King and Queen. The Service is great, just as you expect at a 5* hotel and even better. Location - probably the best of all five star hotels in Amsterdam. We had a room with a balcony, which was nice. The swimming pool with a view over the canal is of- course, great. Breakfast was good too. Very delicious and fresh, and again, very personal and attentive service. Also, they have a private parking - you just leave the car outside and they take it to the garage for you. -------отличный сервис, и расположение отеля-наверное самое лучшее из всех 5* в городе. в самом центре на канале. во время завтрака из кафе потрясающей красоты вид на монетный двор и средневековую башню. очень понравилось.

Nothing really< the only thing, if to mention something - the room (we had two Superior Double rooms)were smaller than we expected from the pictures.

I had to switch to another hotel because my wife felt cold in the lobby and i realized that most on the people sitting in the looby was wearing jackets, this has annoyed me and i felt i am over charged and a simple service was not fulfilled.

This hotel is fabulous, and comfortable, with a welcoming luxury. Friendly and helpful staff, and in the rooms every detail has been taken care of. Special lighting, ipad, large comfy bed, lots of towels and large bathroom in our superior room. Just loved staying there, and great location also. It has been rennovated to a high standard and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We have been staying at the Europe for many years and find the location ideal, the staff so friendly and the standad of finish and care quite superb. Freddy's bar just a delight.

our standard room was a bit small. Very well appointed, but for two people, coud have used a bit more space.

Nothing really for the price I was paying this hotel was waste of money

Paying over 400 euros and I expected to get nice view of the canal however they give me room with window view inside the hotel ... Real disappointed even I booked for three night I decide to leave after two days and I asked to upgrade since I'm paying extra 400 euro for the third night but the staff was not cooperating and asked me to contact booking.com

Beautiful interior design. High quality fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Being told that we had complimentary breakfast when we arrived and then being asked to pay when we were given the bill.......obviously staff need more training on reception.....

the hotel itself was amazing, the location is great and the room was very comfterble.

so, when we arrived to the hotel, we've explained by reception that instead of the delux room I ordered, they bumped us up a bit to a nice little suite, at 1st it was great news, but after the tour of the room we've noticed that the room has internal windows and the external ones face a back-ally, and it was disapointing since the hotel is located perfectly on a canal cross and have around 120 degrees of very nice view, unfurtunatly my room turned to a back-ally, since it was an upgrade and the staff was so nice, we decided not to complain about it, but in this price range,location and in THAT city.. if you can have a room with a view its better then a suite.

The hotel charged me 3! times blocking on my credit card total amount of 6000 euros. As of today (4 days after check out) problem is not settled

This hotel is in a very central location surrounded by beautiful canal views. The breakfast service was impecable and food selection was varied. Atuel our bar tender was amazing! Also, Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel.

The ipad in every room and the sound system was a very nice touch! Excellent service and very friendly staff from door man to housekeeping.

could not find a 120 volt outlet in the bathroom for my USA electric razor.
