The staff were really helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant attached was superb. The hotel was recommended to me by my client that I was visiting and I will definately stay here again.

I was very happy with the hotel overall, easy to find, on site parking, clean room and helpful staff. The restaurant adjacent was also exceptionally good. The breakfasting room was just a little bit crammed.

Excellent, friendly staff, clean, functional rooms and good food. Conveniently located in the center of Elst with several very good restaurants nearby. Air conditioning would have added some comfort.

I had very specific and personal reasons for visiting the area relating to the war history of the area so chose the hotel purely on location. It proved to be an exceptional find and very cleverly designed. The frontage dates back centuries and is very traditional but hides a very modern hotel built onto the back and invisible until you enter the car park. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and we had a beautiful meal in the restaurant.

Very friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgable. Attached to a very pleasant restaurant/bar which appeared to be very popular with locals as well as guests. Handy to Arnhem by car. Allowed us to relax for a night prior to the big haul over to Berlin.

We found the hotel staff very friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean and well laid out. The shower and toilet facilities were very nice. It is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to friends in the future. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is modern, functional and clean and run by helpful and friendly proprietors. Elst is a small town ideally located for Arnhem's historic tourist sites and the Open Air Musuem. Breakfast was very fresh and good. Parking was plentiful and free No Air Conditioning might be an issue in the summer but in May it was fine. A fan is however provided

Vriendelijke en service gerichte ontvangst, alle tijd voor de gasten. Uitstekend restaurant. Culinair hoogstaand met kundige bediening en wijnadvies. Hier ben je echt te gast. Hogere standaard als wat je zou verwachten in een dergelijk dorpje. Schone en smaakvol ingerichte kamers, weliswaar eenvoudig, maar alles aanwezig wat je kan bedenken. Prive parkeerplaatsen.

Van ontvangst tot vertrek helemaal geweldig. Je krijgt alle aandacht en niets lijkt teveel. De kamers zijn klassiek/modern ingericht. Bed lag prima en alles was zeer schoon. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en werd verzorgd door een gezellige dame. Er is genoeg informatie over de omgeving en je krijgt alle hulp bij het plannen van fietstochtjes. Ook in het restaurant krijg je waar voor je geld. Ik dacht dat mijn afstandsbediening van de tv het niet deed. Bleek het de afstandsbediening van de dvd te zijn.......

De foto's op de site suggereren een romantisch dorpshotel. In werkelijkheid ligt het hotel áchter het afgebeelde café-restaurant aan een parkeerterrein en is de hele uitstraling bepaald niet romantisch. Kortom, de afbeelding zet je op het verkeerde been.

Heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Goed adviserende medewerkers Het ontbijtbuffet was niet echt voorzien voor zoveel gasten. De faciliteiten in het keukentje waren hier te gering.

Er was sprake van een vriendelijk ontvangst, de kamer vond ik ideaal, lekker ontbijt en bij het uitchecken werd ik vriendelijk te woord gestaan door de eigenaar. Kortom, een hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding voor iemand zoals ik die op doorreis was.

Het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes, we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. Verder konden we de auto goed en voor de deur parkeren.

Keurige kamer. Goed bed. Beetje sfeerloos. Ontbijt was prima voor zakenreizigers die "geen drukte"willen. Voor een uitje was het "kaal". Bied mensen de mogelijkheid om in het voorgelegen restaurant te ontbijten.
