Everything in perfect order, as usual by Hotel Lumiere. Staff friendly & efficient, hotel room on the small side but stylish, practical, spotless and comfortable. Plenty of little extras: hot chocolate in the room as well as tea & coffee, conditioner as well as shampoo, facecloth as well as towels, laundry room available to guests, extra toiletries eg toothbrush and shaving kit are complimentary. Beds are very comfortable, temperature in the room is easily regulated and the window opens as well. This remains my favorite hotel in Eindhoven.

It is hard to fault Boutique Hotel Lumiere. I paid a last-minute discount price and had a comfortably sized room on the third floor overlooking the shopping street. No noise at all from outside and excellent temperature control system in the room. The facilities included free internet (both wifi & cable), toiletries from Rituals including hair conditioner, extra toiletries eg toothbrush provided at no extra charge, tea coffee hot chocolate in the room, a refrigerator stocked with still and sparkling water and cooled drinking glasses, dvd player in the room with free dvds available from reception and a laundry room for guest use (free of charge including washpowder). The staff were friendly and helpful and offered a complementary glass of prosecco by check-in. The bed was comfortable, the room spotless. Highly recommend this hotel even though I know from previous stays that some of the rooms are on the small side. Nothing is too much trouble and the rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. The desk / work area was poorly lit and not easy to read at. Fine for working on the computer though.

Very friendly personal, who made us feel at home immediately! Great room (although we had the deluxe room). Hotel is situated in the middle of the center. Shopping, restaurants, bars within walking distance and it was fantastic to have a parking facilities next to the hotel. Nothing

Hotel is located near the main shopping street and in a short walk from the Central Station. Staff is very friendly, however make sure to notify them if you need an early check-out, as there is no-one at the reception desk during the night. The bathroom is very clean and recently refurbished. The first room we were given had a nasty problem - a very strong smell of mold. Fortunately, we were moved to another room at our first request (and even given us an upgrade). What we cannot understand - they were not surprised when we complained about the smell, so why did they give us this room in the first place? The rooms look somewhat tired - walls are scratched in some places, the flooring seems to have not been touched during the last refurbishment, as it stands out from the overall decor.

Great rooms , good beds and bathrooms .friendly staff Quite noisy on the street side. Parking should be included in the price and breakfast is expensive ,it is cheaper to buy your own at bakkertje bol than buy the hotel breakfast ,unless you have a huge appetite !

We truly had an extraordinary time. The staff went beyond their duties to make sure we were satisfied. For instance, we arrived 5 hours before check-in and they said our room wasn't ready yet so they upgraded us to a better room with a bath (which turned out to be a great asset) and we checked in early. The room was spacious and very clean and attractive. They had their own special mix of relaxing music playing on the hi-tech boombox in the room when we entered. There was complimentary champagne in the lobby in the afternoon/evening. A computer was available for internet and printing for no charge whatsoever. It truly was wonderful and I would say that if you are travelling to Eindhoven or even nearby, you should stay in our room (325), you will not regret it. Hard to think of something negative. I suppose the view isn't the best although we could see the steeple of the town which was cool.

Belying its unassuming facade, Boutique Hotel Lumiere - Hampshire Classic is a gem of a hotel in the centre of Eindhoven. Not only does it offer immaculately clean rooms with cosy beds, its personal grooming area truly lives up to its boutique stature. The staff are extremely hospitable, warm and affable trying their best to enhance your experience. A heartwarming breakfast offering at the neighboring bakery shop gives the perfect start to the day. To sum it all, this hotel is a top draw and undoubtedly surpasses similar offerings from better known hotel brands.

Always a friendly welcome, right in the heart of the city! The rooms are very spacious, everything is within walking distance, and the typical Dutch breakfast next door in the bakery is also really nice.

The hotel had thought about the little extras that make your stay comfortable such as free internet, free ice for your own drinks and complimentary water and toilettries. We also had free breakfast which was a bonus! Very helpful and friendly staff and the nicely furnished hotel was in a central location! Nothing really...perhaps the late check out fees could be less!

This hotel was charming and the staff gracious. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean as it could be. The decor was upscale and well appointed. We returned during our stay in Holland as we loved the location which was in the center of shopping malls, delighful restaurants, and night clubs. This was one of our favorite hotels during our 10 days in Europe.

Everything! I really enjoyed my stay. I was greated with a glass of proseco and a smile. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and clean. The king sized bed was outfitted with soft bedding and was super comfortable. Large shower, free wifi and a fantastic breakfast at the bakery next door. There was no negatives. The view frommy room wasn't great.

Great staff, hugely helpful. Lovely rooms and especially nice beds. Everywhere spotless and great design. Close to trains and busses and city centre shopping. Nothing wrong at all. It's a lovely base to sally forth from. I t is a place for sleeping, resting, or as a touring base in central Holland. A simple stylish basecamp with smashing reception staff.
