Boutique Hotel Lumiere - Hampshire Classic  

Bathrooms are new and clean. Good bed. Location is inside the pedestrian area but in a more quiet side street. Perfect. Good staff, helpful and caring.

Good location, friendly staff, large comfortable bed in a large comfortable room with pleasant minimalist style decor in excellent condition and very clean - including large ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.

Very friendly Hotel Staff, excellent design, perfect position in Eindhoven city centre.

The reception staff super friendly, doing everything possible to help. Breakfast formula fantastic in the nextdoor bakery. Right in the center near the shops, bars and restaurants. Would definately go there again.

All reception are kindly, they won't give u poker face when you ask sth. The room are clean, location not bad near the train station by walk 5-8min. Breakfast,I don't know, woke up late.... Also in here need to appreciate Boutique Hotel Lumiere, do me a big help becasue I lost sth in airport,when I told them, they won't feel bother and help me to pick up then package from me.That service is I never seen in under 5 starts hotel could do.

We liked everything about hotel.

This hotel is located in a great place, and if you come by a car, you can park it just next to the hotel and take the lift (1 floor upstairs) and you are in front of the hotel. That's a good hotel, worth to stay, very nice rooms, veery nice comfortable bed, very friendly stuff. In Eindhoven, most probably, this is the only place to stay for the next time.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the room although it was great, they didn't put the bathrobes and slippers into the room just because my rate type was a little bit less than the normal price. This quality hotel shouldn't act so 'calculating' while it has a 'boutique' word in it's name. This was the only thing that I didn't like and felt offended. So, if you get a special price due to their 'low occupancy rates', please be advised that you will not get a bathrobe and slippers in the room.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful facilities. Staff are very friendly, quick and helpful.

Garage / Parking a bit of a walk. No mention which car park to use upon arrival on website.

The location was ideal for us as were on a boys football weekend. Was central to all the action we needed that weekend. Staff were very bhelpful and informative. Like the idea of the Breakfast cafe next door but it was a tad on the small side as saturday morning was very busy.

They could do with some rugs or carpets in the rooms, the wooden floor was pretty cold.
