All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Annex Luxer room is NOT situated in the main building. It is located near to the hotel in the city centre. Check in and breakfast are in the main building.

it is near to the tourist attractions and the city, the staff were very helpful and understanding.hope to stay at the hotel again. it is very uncomfortable especially for muslims for not having the hose pipe in the toilet. |

The location of Luxer is excellent. The rooms were definitely not 3 star rooms. The internet didn't work in the rooms, but worked great in the lobby. |

stayed at hotel many times. staff now seem to have no interest in helping people. very noticeable difference. rooms same as normal. (ok)budget hotel central location. staff attitude changed. night staff not too friendly. |

the location is excellent for young people looking excitement. Unfortunatelly they had a cat running around and i am allergic to cats asthma bathroom really old, towels were dirty, it felt like an xxx hotel |

This is the third time I have stayed here. We liked the hotel because it was within walking distance of Central Station, no more than 5 minutes. It was a good base for siteseeing and was close to transport links (tram, bus and train) to enable us to travel further afield. The buffet breakfast was simple but substantial and the staff could not have been friendlier. As we were on the 3rd floor the room was affected by the slope of the roof. Getting shaved in a mirror angled at 45 degrees was not easy. I also think breakfast could have been included in the price. |

Location! - right in the middle of everthing - restaurants, coffeshops, near the Dam Square and Red Light District the room was clean a/C was broken - so it was a little bit cold and the windows were not phono isolated - we were able to hear all that happened on the street |

Hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. We just needed place to sleep, Amsterdam is a place where there are lots of things to do outside. Compared to several expensive 4 star hotels we stayed, in this 3 star hotel wifi is free, but did not work in our room. No problem if you stay closer to lobby. |

It was close to everything, which is what we wanted. The entire 6 nights we stayed there, the ice machine was not working so we couldnt get ice. It was also very noisy, slamming doors were heard the whole time. |

The location - close to the train station and sites. This hotel is not a 3 star hotel but a glorified hostel. The sheets had stains on them and the staff didn't change the sheets at all the whole time I stayed there. The towels and ceilings had holes in them. Lastly, the desk staff made us pay up front which I thought was a little shady. |

I thought the hotel was in good shape and clean, and a pretty good value for the money. The room and bathroom was a bit small but I really didnt expect it to be that big for what I paid. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent too and she even made me fresh eggs just the way I like. Very polite staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. |

The location was ideal, staff were friendly. Walls in room were dirty, room was cleaned once in a 4 day stay, small rooms, ridiculously small bathroom, non smoking. |
