This apartment is very well located, so that you can go everywhere by walking. If you go to city trip or pleasure, this place is very well prepared for you. if you are looking for a place for more than 10 people, this place is what you are looking for!! Room cleaning should be free of charge for the guests, who will be staying there at least for 3 days.

très bien équipé, agréable, bien agencé et décoré il ne faut pas avoir des voisins trop bruyants car l'insonorisation laisse a désirer!

Die grossen Zimmern und das bequeme Bett. Es hatte nur 1 Badzimmer mit einer Badwannen-Dusche ohne Vorhang. Das Problem, nach 6 Duschen war der Boden voll Wasser.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está situado en uno de los mejores canales y junto a uno de los puentes que los unen. Las vistas son preciosas y tiene un pequeño balcón en el que te puedes pasar horas. Aparte es espacioso y confortable y tiene todas las comodidades. Lo malo es que percibes los ruidos de la calle y de los demás vecinos del edificio. Pero es el precio a pagar por estar tan bien situados.

La posizione è ottima..tra piazza dam e piazza leidseplein!!i proprietari sono simpatici e accoglienti e la casa molto bella con una finestra enorme che si affaccia sui canali del centro della città, l'unica "pecca" sono le scale ripidissime! Sicuramente scomodissime per una famiglia con bambini..ma nessun problema per un gruppo di amici!! I proprietari hanno voluto una quota di 25 euro per le spese di pulizia l'ultimo giorno e all'interno dell'appartamento non c'è la cucina ma soltanto un fornetto!il bagno non funzionava benissimo e la casa era impolverata ma la biancheria (asciugamani e lenzuola) erano nuovi e puliti!

Nos ha gustado la ubicación. Las habitaciones muy comodas i amplias. Para nosotros no han sido un inconveniente los tres tramos de escalera pendiente a subir, pero no seria buena idea alojarse para alguien mayor. Quizas puntualizar que como apartamento solo disponia de microondas para cocinar, no me ha parecido suficiente. De todas formas no utilizamos este servicio.

Sehr gut! Early check in und late check out waren gar kein problem! Vermieter waren sehr flexibel und nett! Appartments absolut überwältigend!! Nichts!

ein etwas dubioser Angestellter des Vermieters, der uns im Nachhinein Kreditkartenprovision und Endreinigung verrechnen wollte. Als wir nicht zustimmten, hat er uns angedroht uns bei sämtlichen Privatvermietern zu vermerken, damit wir in Amsterdam keine Unterkunft dieser Art mehr bekommen....
