The location was close to two perpendicular metro tram lines, and was a short walk to several museums, including the Van Gogh museum. As with most European hotels, the room and bathroom were very small, but adequate. |

I'm a frequent visitor of this hotel. I prefer this hotel over other 4-star hotels because it makes you feel at home. The staff is very friendly and personal and the layout of the hotel gives you the feeling that you live there rather then visiting. Other benefits are tram line 12 which takes you directly to sloterdijk (business area) and the best shopping-street in town around the corner (PC) and all the important museums around the other corner. |

They do not have any arrangements for carparking. Expensive to park your car on the street. If you have no car. Perfect spot |

It was near everything i wanted to see in Amsterdam, and the staff were very friendly. The toilet paper, i know it sounds funny, but the hotel looks posh and the paper is the cheapest and thoughest. |

front desk staff generally friendly and helpful, The superior rooms are quite nice, but a bit pricey. locking lobby doors in the evening, no wascloths in the single rooms (but provided for the double rooms - why the difference?), Charging for WiFi is silly in this day and age. Single rooms are outrageously tiny (as indicated in the reviews) |

The hotel is very well located in Amsterdam (close the the museums), and has a nice atmosphere. The room is very confortable, and the hotel combines a modern design in an older building. Nowadays I think hotels should offer wireless internet for free. |
