Location - staff are friendly. Very expensive for a tiny room and it does not even include the wifi. Bicyles are €15 per day which is more expensive than everwhere else. A deposit of €50 was taken off my credit card which I still hope will be reversed. An expensive tram ticket was also sold to me which I didn't really need (I shouldn't have bought it).

Location unbeatable Single room is tiny and doesn't have proper window. Unacceptable that a so-called 4 star hotel makes you pay for internet and only offers a bottle of water (price 5 euros) in your room. Expensive for what it offers

The location - walkable to everything we wanted to see. Staff very helpful. Fact that the staff gave us coffee in small room upon arrival (very tired). The lovely garden area to sit in outside the bar Stairs after elevator-traveling with a handicapped sister - difficult to maneuver with luggage. Chairs in small room behind reception area need a cleaning.

Exellent location 200 m from the fabolous Rijksmuseum. The hotel tried to charge me for local tax though the booking said clearly that it was included. This I dont regard them as honest, that is very bad. This hotel offer wifi to a high cost, that is quite greedy. I expect wifi to be free.

The location was wonderful. The staff was very professional and the breakfast was outstanding. The sink in the bathroom did not drain and needs to be fixed. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

This hotel's main attraction is it's excellent location. The room size was microscopic; we had to turn sideways to pass each other in the room around the perimeter of the bed: the walls were literally 2 feet away from the bed. This is a "boutique hotel" that charges a premium price, yet nickel and dimes with a 12 euro daily surcharge for internet. Breakfast is not included; fork out another 15 euro for that in advance, or 20 euro if you decide to have it without pre-payment. The cost of Bilderberg is not commensurate with it's quality. We will never come here again, and strongly advise against it.

Location, as the luxury brands shopping street is behind the hotel. Staff were so unfriendly, rooms are shabby and tiny tiny tiny. access is so complicated. I mean security is good but not to that level.

Everthing. Always need a bit of luck in choosing hotels but, for us, we struck gold when we picked Bilderberg Jan Luyken. Absolutely nothing. Would go again tomorrow.

Location Beds! Twin bed w/ two separate matrasses and bed lining is an utterly and complete disaster for having sex and being close to each other. Beds were on wheels which makes it even worse. We had two terrible uncomfortable nights!!!

Great location by the museums. Very comfortable room with excellent bedding. The hotel has no option for choice of heat or cooling depending on the season. The hotel staff was however very understanding and tried all they could do to help. Warmer than expected Spring weather may require opening the window.

Convenience to museums, canals, eating establishments. The Hotel breakfast was delicious and at a good price. The Staff was excellent. We were too warm with just the douvet. We would have preferred a sheet between the bottom sheet and the douvet. A few too many stairs for Senior Citizens.
