Allt fungerade utmärkt. Vi fick till och med ett bättre rum än vi betalt för...Ljust rent fint. Bra frukost. Bra läge och utomordentligt hjäplsam personal! |

Mycket trevlig personal Hotellet försökte lura mig vid utcheckningen, detta gjorde att jag inte tänker besöka hotellet i framtiden. Synd eftersom hotellet för övrigt var bra och att jag kommer att besöka Amsterdam 5-6 gånger om året i ett par år framöver. |

Hotellets läge, centralt och lugnt. Beskrivningen stämde med verkligeten, både av hotellet och dess omgivning. Vi blev efter förfrågan rekommenderade en indonesisk restaurang i dess närhet. Maten var förskräcklig, uppvärmd flera gånger och några grillade kycklingbitar bestod mest av förkolnande, oidentifierbara "köttbitar". Kostade dessutom 30 euro/pp exkl dryck. På hotellet var det dålig skyltat om man vill ta trappan ner. |

Hjälpsamhet, sängarna var hur skön som helst elementet i mitt rum 106 sista natten lät jätte mycket under circa 5 tim. |

excellent, very clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, reach breakfast small things - some of the lights in the room didn't work, only one channel on the TV was fixed. the rest was great. |

The location was close to two perpendicular metro tram lines, and was a short walk to several museums, including the Van Gogh museum. As with most European hotels, the room and bathroom were very small, but adequate. |

I'm a frequent visitor of this hotel. I prefer this hotel over other 4-star hotels because it makes you feel at home. The staff is very friendly and personal and the layout of the hotel gives you the feeling that you live there rather then visiting. Other benefits are tram line 12 which takes you directly to sloterdijk (business area) and the best shopping-street in town around the corner (PC) and all the important museums around the other corner. |

staff very helpful ,hotel is in ideal location for all atraction amsterdam has to offer. it is a 30min walk from the station but trams stop close to hotel. I would stay there again as lovely part of the city. |
