Helpful and friendly personnel Very big quad room Super breakfast

In the hall towards the rooms hangs a strange, humid smell

The hotel is in a central location,it is superbly designed and it very welcoming.I will make a point of going back to maastrict just to stay in this hotel.

The room was spacious, great bath and shower, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Free coffee, cake, wine and olives in the afternoon. Able to leave our luggage in the storage when we had checked out.

Excellent standard of helpful staff. Artistic design of hotel. The cinema was a complete novelty. Breakfast was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. would love to stay there again.

The dark horse in the dark lobby makes the hotel look less welcoming than it really is.

The location is excellent for walking around Maastricht. The extra spoiling of the guests with cake and coffee, fruit, sweets and sundowner was very special.

The lack of a kettle in the room for early morning or late evening coffee or tea.

The location, the design of the hall, the wine tasting every evening, the beautiful pictures on the walls, the little nostalgic cinema with the old movies on the screen...

Everything was fine. I just found the price for breakfast a little bit too high (14.50 each was discouraging and we went somewhere else)

The location is brilliant and although imthe hotel is in the city centre there was no noise. The staff was super friendly and the rooms (1 single, 1 double) were spacious enough. I enjoyed the design as it is not average but also not too trendy.

Parking was quite expensive since close by the public parking is for residents only.

We were very impressed with the hospitality of the hotel; the little touches like the coffee and cake and happy hour glass of wine. The Charlie Chaplin room was delightful as was the movie theatre. A happy comfortable stay.

The only difficulty I experienced was getting on to my email. The Internet was working but my email was not connecting.

Helpful staff, our room was ready when we arrived a little early. Hospitable touches like the complimentary cake & glass of wine. Very good, central location.

tea & pie in the afternoon olives & wine in the evening --> justifies the slightly high room price

The room was very small and cold. no water kettle in the room.

Design nicely done in old cinema. Welcoming guests with piece of local cake, glass of wine. Not too big, helpful staff.

A bit noisy at the front. the hotel is so central to the city so one can expect some noisy periods.

Excellent location, great staff, good breakfast & welcomed with coffee & pie.

Room could have been warmer, BUT I stayed when the weather was very cold.

Location, price and it serves an excellent breakfast for an additional €15. The staff is very friendly and has good restaurants suggestions.

Rooms are a bit small and the cupboard space rather funny with no chest of drawers.

Our room overlooked an interior well and was rather dark

The lady at the reception, efficient in her service, received us - when we came home late (tired) - with a white wine. The hotel is "gezellig", and so are the people.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was a good size and I really appreciated all the little extras that were provided (water bottle, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc). The location was fantastic, being a minute's walk from the main market square. I know where I will be staying next time I am in Maastricht!

My father mentioned that the beds were a little soft; but that is his personal taste. Myself, I thought they were just right.

Loved all the little touches like the complementary afternoon tea. We were made very welcome by the helpful staff. Enjoyed the feel of the hotel and the interior design/ decorations.

Excellent value for money. New building, nice rooms, nice staff and all the extra gifts etc. Will absolutely be back!
