cool location, free lollies and apples
Location, complimentary cake & coffee, and decoration
Had room located near street - somewhat noisy.
Overall nice hotel Nice room Central location W-lan for free
25 EUR for parking parking is too expensive bed too soft W-Lan was in my room not available, but in lounge etc
Close to the centre of Maastricht yet quiet. Lots of free stuff like coffee and cake in the late afternoon. Good free WiFi. Horse in reception!
Breakfast is expensive but there are lots of cheap café options close by.
Nice people, breakfast was great, right in the centre lots of cafés restaurants and shopping. Free wine and nibbles in the lounge each evening was a nice touch
The bed was very hard and the pillows were nearly non existent so comfortable sleep was an issue. This was the only thing that let hotel down
Fascinating breakfast room with cinema memoribilia. Cool!
ambience and comfort
Wifi signal can be improved
stylish & friendly
poor beds with old hollowed matresses and urge for renewal wifi instable
Location, decor, free refreshments. Excellent breakfast with easy access to buffet, friendly helpful staff
The second visit the bed needed replacing otherwise no complaints.
Cinema, welcome, bar, coffee and wine offers, sleep sheep sheet, location, umbrellas to borrow, water on reception, comfy bed, helpful staff, wifi, lift
Rooms were a bit warm but a bit loud with window/vent open, we didn't have breakfast as it seemed over-priced
I really enjoyed my stay at Mabi. The hotel offered many things to welcome and comfort you. There are many free social hours that offer different things. If you want a night in there is a movie playing in a theatre everyday. Location is perfect! Decor is fun and you really knew it was an old theatre. I would stay here again, just out of fun and location.
A few downfalls: I found the bed incredibly uncomfortable. Almost like they were too worn and soft. Breakfast wasn't worth the money personally. Then again I have only found one hotel breakfast that was. Hard to pay €15 for cold cuts and yogurt with bad fruit. Seems to be standard European breakfast fair though. So it was probably spot on. Biggest and weirdest complaint was having to turn my key in every time I left the hotel. Especially when you couldn't find the front desk person. Looking around for them was uncomfortable.
Location Staff is very nice Body Wash was available, that's cool Nice amenity they have for the guest
No refrigerator is installed. The key to the safe box closed and did not open. TV is small
I loved the hotel. The environment is very nice. Very good food. Lots of complimentary things like tea, coffee, ice cream.... Very convenient location. Lovely staff. Large and comfortable room and bathroom.
Great hotel,centrally located
Location friendly staff complimentary tea/wine etc (although I didn't actually have any) Breakfast
Bed too soft and pillows lumpy, BUT I had a good sleep as blackout curtains very effective and hotel very quiet.
Great Location. Unique Hotel
Excellent value for money Lots of perks (free happy hour drinks & bites, icecream, fruit, etc.) Great location in historic old town - everything within a 10 minute walk Everything high quality - even the toiletries (by Ritual)
Central location Unusual décor Helpful staff Clean and comfortable rooms Complimentary coffee and cake and wine and olives Good restaurant recommendations
No on site parking and public parking was expensive
Friendliness of the staff. Location in city centre. Unexpected extras - free food and drink (!)
Parking was a city car park which was one of the most expensive I've used.
Just wish they were a little more helpful when asking directions.
WiFi wasn't very good.
Central to Maastricht. Friendly staff. Complimentary coffee and limberg pie in the afternoon, wine and olives in the evening and small cinema showing films.
Extremely noisy from room above. Poor soundproofing. Breakfast very expensive. We took breakfast at local deli round the corner for half the hotel cost.
Central location, free aperitif, friendly staff and lots of unexpected little extras make you feel very welcome in this a quaint and cozy place in the very heart of Maastricht
Rooms, bathrooms and furniture date back to the early 90s and would benefit from an upgrade; the carpet in the room was worn and slightly smelly; breakfast rather pricey
