One of the receptionists was not a friendly one. During my check-in, I had an impression of a chaotic way of approaching a visitor or a client. One thing that was very important was the payment. Once fully paid, she gave a very fast information that I didn't have the chance to ask for more information. Then when I asked her if the room was ready, she confirmed that it was ready and I can already checked in. To my surprise, when I entered, the bathroom was very dirty, all the used towels were still on the floor and the toilet was not even completely flashed. Luckily, when I was about to take the lift for complaining at the reception, by coincidence, I met one of the receptionists, I told her about the room and she made the helpful effort to guide me to the reception and told to one of the managers about what had happened. The manager then took an urgent assistance, to give me right away a clean and very comfortable room. It is just a pity to say that one unfriendly worker can affect the friendliness and warm hospitality of the others. 'During the busy moments, keep calm and take time to give the right assistance and information'. Every client is of great importance no matter who they are especially in business matter.
The workers at the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. View from the restaurant was also amazing. Jacuzzi and television in the bathroom were part of the amazing experience in the room. Memorable and beautiful view during the day and night time, upon looking through the room window. The relaxing chair was an additional comfort especially when reading near the window. I felt relax in the room after the hectic working schedule.
