The strong smell of cigarettes in my "so-called" non-smoking room. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who actually seemed to enjoy their job - this is very pleasant for anyone travelling long distances for his/her own job. |

Friendly personnel, always ready to help The rooms in my opinion are not four star hotels rooms: small, narrow beds, no bath tub. We upgraded for superior room, but it was also far from a 'four star' room. |

The staff is really friendly and helps you on everything you need. Breakfast was included in my price and was also okay. I was offered free Wireless Lan and free keys for the safe in my room. The room that I stayed in was kind of small. Cleaning of the room starts at 8-9 o'clock and it's kind of loud. So don't expect to sleep much longer. Some fourniture in the room definatey needs an update: the safe is too small for putting a 12" Laptop in, the hairdryer is outdated. Watersaving shower heads are also a bit annoying. |

Efficient and friendly staff + ease of check in/check out + location (within 15mins walking of city centre) + great shower Breakfast facilities could be improved- knives and forks were not available and food items were not replenished. Room size was small and bathroom facilities very cramped. |

nothing outstanding about this hotel 1) The hotel does not have a car park facilities, the extra costs are extreme given that a navi was stoelen from my car and a window broken. However the service to get the window repaired was excellent. 2) The hallway in the 2nd floor was ill-smelling. |

It was a very nice hotel, ideally located for us as we were visiting our son who lives in Utrecht. The staff were always helpful without being overly solicitous. We would definitely stay there again when/if we come back to Utrecht. Is it not the practice for housekeeping staff to straighten the beds each day? Ours were not done on Friday or Saturday (June 19 & 20). |

Clean room, nice leafy outdoor area and you can hire bikes directly from hotel. Very good, especially compared to the generally terrible accomodation in Utrecht. There are no double bed rooms at this hotel and they charge 5euros to push them together to make a double. This was not advised during booking and the female at reception was extremly rude when we protested this surprise charge. |

The breakfast was good (if you like Dutch/continental) and included in the room price. There was no roomservice, not even for drinks. The "suite" we booked looked more like a normal double room to us. |

The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable. Overall the hotel had a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere and was very enjoyable. I would stay here again. I did have to wait about 10 minutes one evening for the registrar to finish on the telephone so I could get my room key. |
