I was lucky to get this as an 'úpgrade''. And it was on the first floor and there was a lift. At 70+ I wouldn't have been anle to cope with the stairs. Perhaps I was just lucky but the place was quiet. The bit of loud music came from reseption but the receptionist promptly turned the music down when requested. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Never had to wait to use bathroom or shower. Internet was down while I was there. |

I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was good aswell. Actually if it wouldnt be so noisy when others walk on the floor above you, would be great and the bed could be a little more comfortable. |

The location was exactly where we wanted to be, right in the thick of the action and at only 280Euros between three people for three nights and it was great value for money If you're light sleeper, or likely to be getting ealy nights this is not the place for you |

Enthusiastic concierge (especially the man) The hotel was a bit run down and the bathroom was dark and mildewy. This one star hotel is more like a run down hostel |

La gente que trabaja en recepción es muy atenta y cordial, creo es lo mejor de la estadía, pues en general necesitaba algo sólo para descansar. Más que no gustar, la información de la página era algo incompleta, era más básico de lo que pensaba, pero estuvo bien... |

La cordialità dello staff e l'ubicazione. assolutamente centrale. ottimo per visitare la città la camera di dimensioni piuttosto contenute e lo stato in generale della stanza. avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. |

Die Treppe in den dritten Stock ist unübertrefflich und ein wahres Erlebnis :) Super Lage! 80 Euro pro Nacht pro Zimmer ist doch etwas teuer... |

Todo esta super serca y la atencion del pesonal es muy coordial en especial la de ''naomy'' que te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas ,te dan mucha informacion de los lugares ,te cambian la ropa de cama y toallas a diario no es caro y es un edificio diferente Todo me parecio muy bien |
