My room and facilities were very clean. Staff very pleasant. Stayed 6 days in top floor #9; very cozy; windows open -- good cross breeze across hallway; was sorry to leave. Good breakfast. Whole stay was better than I expected. Incredible location; heart of downtown. Be ready for steep stairs and tiny rooms. A bit like an old boat. Also no Internet in rooms; but free access on hotel machine in lobby sufficed. Guessing that rooms on street are noisy at night, but mine was set back and pretty quiet. |

I really apprieciated the position. It's only 5 minutes by foot from the Central Station; a good location for visiting the city. Breakfast is good. Rooms are very small; streets around are noisy; so it's better to choose a room at the higher floors. |

The hotel is really good value for money. We spent 3 nights in the 4-bed room, the room has own bathroom with wc (this is the only one in the hotel others has only shared facilities), the breakfast was really OK whith big variety, and we were right in the thick of the action in Amsterdam. All in all, I would choose the hotel next time as well. Steep and narrow stairs which is common in Amsterdam, breakfast only until 10 am. |

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. The room was nice, clean, and affordable. Perfect location for our visit, as it was right in the center of town but off the main path so we weren't overwhelmed by the tourist scene. |

I was lucky to get this as an 'úpgrade''. And it was on the first floor and there was a lift. At 70+ I wouldn't have been anle to cope with the stairs. Perhaps I was just lucky but the place was quiet. The bit of loud music came from reseption but the receptionist promptly turned the music down when requested. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Never had to wait to use bathroom or shower. Internet was down while I was there. |

I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was good aswell. Actually if it wouldnt be so noisy when others walk on the floor above you, would be great and the bed could be a little more comfortable. |

The location was exactly where we wanted to be, right in the thick of the action and at only 280Euros between three people for three nights and it was great value for money If you're light sleeper, or likely to be getting ealy nights this is not the place for you |

Hotel vicino alla Stazione Centrale e al centro della città, il personale era sempre disponibile nel fornire informazioni utili, prezzo modico, la camera sempre pulita, postazione internet gratuita e colazione (compresa nel prezzo) abbondante..consiglio vivamente!! Le scale troppo strette e ripide e l'ascensore andrebbe cambiato;-) |

Lo mejor de todo ha sido su ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad y rodeado por coffeesshop, en el de enfrente por las mañanas hay un español.(hunters).La habitacion era una ratonera, pero suficiente para dormir, tv, y ducha, por lo menos en la mia.... El lavabo esta en la planata baja!!!! 2 pisos arriba y abajo para ir al wc!! No les vendria mal una tostadora en el desayuno, o alguna pasta,..solo pan bimbo y del malo. Un dia antes de irnos entro un italiano en la habitacion....en recepcion se pensaban k nos ivamos y ja habian alquilado la habitacion!!! K susto |

Situation près de la gare et en plein centre Le parking à trente euros. Il vaut mieux aller à un P+R (distant de moins de cinq kilomètres) et prendre un tramway, le tout pour cinq euros par jour pour toute une famille. |
