spitzenmaessiges personal, flexibel, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. grosses zimmer. leichter rueckstand hinsichtlich austausch/reparaturzyklus von mobiliar, reinigungstakt von textilien (gardinen..). hotel riecht nicht wirklich angemessen. (zimmer, foyer, flure) |

Die Nähe zur Messe und die Innenstadtanbindung. Das Essen beim Japaner war gut. Das Bügelbrett (Zimmer 112) ist defekt man kann kein Fenster aufmachen und die Aussicht auf den Innenhof ist sehr bescheiden. |

Die Lage (sehr zentral) ist perfekt, sehr unkomplizierte Anfahrt, das Auto haben wir erst wieder zur Rückreise genutzt. Für die erste Nacht haben wir keinen Parkplatz bekommen (haben dann die Fahrräder zugeparkt), war aber kein echtes Problem. |

4 Sterne sind in Deutschland nicht vergleichbar mit 4 Sternen in Holland.Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war dieses Hotel auf den Zimmern nicht ausreichend modernisiert/ausgestattet |

zentrale, aber doch sehr ruhige Lage, sehr sauber und alle Einrichtungen und Geräte gut funktionierend, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.... sogar mit einem Glas Sekt ! Fenster lassen sich ( wegen der Klimatisierung? ) nicht öffnen, der Preis für Internetnutzung ist mit 10 € / Stunde zu hoch.... ebenso der Preis von 5.50 € für eine Flasche "normales" Wasser aus der Minibar |

It was an opportunity to visit my daughter on internship in Veldhoven. I enjoyed nice food, a relaxing atmosphere throughout, fascinated by 'the bike' everywhere! This was helped of course by the perfect location of the hotel and I look forward to returning |

Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Efficient and helpful staff at breakfast and in bar. Comfortable public area. Coffee with side dish of cream an chocolate bar an "extra" treat and reasonably priced. Room well equiped and very clean. Excellent safe parking facilities. |

The hotel its self is lovely, and the staff friendly and helpful. But do not eat at the hotel bar, it is pricey and really really bad. After we ate there even the staff advised us not to eat there again as it is always bad!!!!! It also made us ill as it was not fully cooked! The breakfast is safe though and very good!!!! |

Breakfast and the modern look of the interior Swimming pool was not very clean, not enough facilities for changing and no steam room which we were hoping for. We didn't realise until we were in the pool that we had to ask for the sauna to be switched on. Reception could mention this when collecting towels. |

The hotel had a very pleasant layout and a modern feel to it. Extras are overpriced parking at €12.50 per day Internet access €9.50 per day in the room, though free in reception, also the adjoining restaurants were very expensive, though there are cheaper alternatives nearby. |

not a great deal unhappy with the hotel full stop i will be writing my thoughts up up as this way my 30th birthday ruined over charged by 50 euros could take my card even tho it was fine on the phone unclean old style room and it looked it stains fag burns horrible and the staff were horrible rude |
